Update internal operation procedures document as needed 2. Coordinate with Manger to schedule team meetings and to provide follow-ups 3. Excellent learning curve and experience for customer service
I enjoy working for Woolworths they motivate and encourage staff by giving us awards. I have learned to work with different people and how to deal n corporates with them as my colleagues. I have also learn how to give best and how to deal with pressure we went to different trainings which help us to know our self and customers.

Great Company to work for, Can develop and give one Education
Woolworth is greata company , has good work environment and people are combined speaking one language and want to lift up brand and earn customer's , Pride themselves by best customer skill's and communication skill's . Methods are safe and Procedure's are clear and visible to all yo understand .

Survival experience
Standing the whole day Washing dishes Im cooking for long hours morning till late 19:30 I have a good team work with my colleagues There is shortage of staff so we are only 2 working in a day one has to live at 4 the other at close the shop late meaning remains to wash the stoves and tne floor alone before go home Before leaving the manager come to check if it is clean, then thats when you can live

Problem solving
In the retail sector you get learn how to deal with people of different characters and be able to take quick decisions that will benefit both the company and the business,it also improves ones IQ in terms of problem solving when you are a leader of the team and also not only coming with solutions that only benefit you but the rest of the team too

Good experience i had with Woolworths
Working in Woolworths as a customer service help desk consultant is great because we learn more about NCR and they give us trainings each month to see if we can still do our jobs.

Excellent learning curve
I have been in retail as a manager for 9 years and I have learnt different things from the two companies that I have worked in. I am currently a Foods manager at Woolworths and our main focuses are our people and our customers. We engage a lot with our staff aswel as with the management team o that everyone is well informed and is working towards the same goals. We always try to involve our people in ways of improving our ways of working and that becomes very clear in the kind of service we give to our customers. We are also very strict when it comes to processes because they drive availability, presentation, customer service. We work very closely with our staff interms of performance management and coaching and that yields great results and dedication from our people. I run two very big departments in my store, which is the sales floor team and our service area team (Interactive department) and overall that is +35 staff.
Pros: great working conditions, great support from the regional staff and management, intouch interms of staff and customers, continuous training and development for managers, everyone respects the values of the company
Cons: growth process is very slow, move around a lot, lack of managers on the system meaning that we have reduced managers in stores, end up taking a lot more work load, lack of recognition for great performance.

Excellent learning opportunity
I worked for a month. They paid under the belt R2000-R3000 a month. I left because of that. Otherwise there's positives within induction of the company. Well established and structured company with professional speakers. Writhing working environment, from back it's upside down, untidy and not organized. Line manager, need more training on how to work with their workers. There's too much to deal with so production can be effective.
Pros: None while was there
Cons: There's too many shifts with different stuff and of course changing of managers when changing shifs, hours are less so does the salary end of the month. That's a negative impact towards others who need money like I did. 26hrs a week doesn't work for us all.

I capture employees leaves and capture employees schedule, control all kinds of absenteeism and trend, run monthly HR reports and HR risk. I process coida form and send to CIRC
