I use to work for Woolworths for about 15 years. The company allows self development.
I am still willing to share what I have learned from my previous employer and gain knowledge from the company that will see the need of giving me another chance of life. Mostly I have learned many things about my self in many ways and about how to work with many different people. It is when I or my team meet the deadline, it makes everyone happy. It when I or we struggle to meet the deadline due to people not getting along due to their personal reasons.
Pros: Rewards those with long service.
Cons: Working on public holidays.

It is good learning experience
It is not a bad company to work for , for some reason why I want this job is to start a new job and also a fresh start. I was receiving clerk and maintain the store . I'm bread Winer at home so I want a better salary.
Pros: It is easy to work at this company however there is some challenges at the end off the day I managed to do my job

Manage stock. Receiving and counting stock. Minimize shrinkinge. Provide customer service. Organizing till podiums. Working well with others. And authorizing on tills.

Great opportunity to improve oneself especially interpersonal skills
Starts out exciting but gets mundane over time the redundancy of dealing with the same situations daily wears everyone down quickly. It's a great place to learn interpersonal skills and any other skills you can pick up if you're willing. It gets boring for a mind constantly seeking challenge but creates comfort zones for those who don't

Learning organisation with culture of diversity sometimes still old fashion management style. training is core to the business operations but status quo and gate keeping is part of the operations. leaders sometimes treats people bad due to personal difference.

What I don't like about woolies was an early morning shift to but woolies is not that bad cause we learn everything about retail the give us opportunity to express our feeling about work we doing
