Short motivation

I'm a very well groomed individual and love being around people who have positive energy and I am with my current company for 11 years and some months and although I love stability because I'm very family orientated I now need a change and I am always willing to pit my best foot forward.I go the extra mile if need be and I'm my working day I like making time to have some fun and at times I put others first and forget what I need to do and love collaborating.

Values based leadership. Store culture of caring for each other and staying connected and inspired.Service is a non-negotiable aspect of business and success.

Pros: Service and goal driven.
Cons: Limited promotional opportunity. Not everyone lives by values.

Fast learner

Fast learner I can do multi task_ two work at a time Problem solving Good listening skill Being able to work with different race. Punctuality always on time Dealing with internal and external staff as a store administrator, external staff is our customers. Great learning curve

I have worked at Woolworths for four years and in this four years I have come to learn a lot about the company and my self. I have learned about different type of people and there needs, i also learned what it means to put a customer first and provide good customer service. I started as till operator which helped me gain experience working with large amounts of money and dealing the financial side of the company. I am now a sales assistant for brand called David Jones from Australia and enjoy working with people and dressing them but that's not all I do, i have to make that we have enough stock on the sales floor, so I communicate with our distribution center on a daily basis. I handle customer orders and make sure customer always get what they ordered. I enjoy working with my co workers because we come from different back rounds so learn a lot from each other and we assist each other where help is needed.

Pros: Great opportunity for grown within the company
Cons: Very long hours during the festive season

M woolworths don't have stories when it comes to payment and they pay you according your hours woolworths when you report before they gave you the day you are asking for bt when it come3to family responsibility they gave you the time to go home but when you camping back you must bring the proof of certification

Excellent opportunity for work and personal growth

My day starts with and indication or proactive view of the day ahead. Review of yesterdays indicators and investigation with my team of that. Very employee and customer focused during the day to improve service and sales. I have a good working relationship with co-workers and stay in touch. My employees and morale makes a huge difference in my success and and builds on that. If they are successful so will I. Success of my team and projects we finish makes me very positive. Huge business expectation. certain aspects that's out of my control is frustrating.

Honest, good at work with others.

I am fast and honest young lady whose willing to work hard and underpressure, who can relate well in others. I have learnt to work well with difficult customers how to meet necessary target. I enjoy working with people and meeting the given requirements...

Opportunity to interact with various business areas

Woolworths allows a person to interact with various business areas therefore giving one a broad view of the business. It is a value's based organisation and really has the customer at it's heart. I have learnt to collaborate more within the organisation however there are times when one must become the subject matter expert and make impromptu decisions.
