Have to get up early for my shift ,once I get at work I have a game plan with my team and to see how everyone is doing ,if they are unable to make it to work they’ll message me .i have learned to delegate tasks and make sure I follow up on them and help where I can .i enjoyed working with my team and helping develop there careers.the most challenging part was being overruled at every turn by management even when there judgement was bad .another challenging aspect was not being able to enjoy any off days as the store struggled and kept phoning for me to come in

Excellent learning curve
My job I loved cause I was committed and smart, hardworking lady and also trustworthy but honest about anything or everything so for me it went well and just the fact that they failed to pay out our Overtime but I loved that type of job cause it made me confidence and dedicated to work and communicate with other's

Customer servise,communication skills,minimise shrinkage
Nice to work there easy to grow as long as u have passion for jo job.I learn a lot about good customer service,how to minimise shrinkage and how to handle stress and cusomers as well as staff
Pros: Promotions are great as long as you work hard and provide good service to customers
Cons: No long hours cos its 8hrs per day 40hrs per week

Skills with growing company
Skills with growing company . Work night shift also in Public holidays. Work under pressure to make sure my work done completely as my daily job.. Attention to my customers with smile. Left my problems at home and focus to my job Teamwork

Customer service
What I enjoy the most is how Woolworths treat us as a a staff and management team and we work as a team with my team mates and I have been treated fairly all I can say I enjoyed to work for Woolworths but I'm following a green pustures

Excellent in my job and work hard always to improve my skills
Working at Woolworths grows me a lot, in different skills since we interact with different customers everyday but still coping.Willie's has thought me to work as a team,indepent and underpressure especially when it comes to holidays we do extra miles.woolies also thought me to be trustworthy with the company and it's procedures and many more things .

Managing a 2085 sqm business with a turnover of R 1 500 million per week
I manage a 2085 sqm business with a turnover of R 1 500 million a week, fashion, beauty and home collectively. With 20 employees reporting directly to me on the daily basis. I love how broad the challenges are and having to overcome each one of them makes me feel so accomplished and rewarded especially working with a value adding team.
Pros: Having such an enormous responsibility keeps me on my toes, achieving each is really fulfilling
Cons: I need more responsibility such as running the entire business unit, being a specialist gets tedious at times

Hi I like to work in the group,sharing the I deal, minimizing the store shrinkage,making show that the store following the right process code and conduct also living the brand of the company also give the of promoting the promotion with the staff

Great experience.
It was a great experience and I've learn more. I left because I needed a company that will take note of my growth.working with different cultures was the monster enjoyable part where I learnt more about different cultures.
