Excellent learning curve
Currently busy with business management N6 that I will be finishing a year after next in June,please grant me an opportunity to with you,I've been with my company for 4 years now looking for new opportunities,well we replenish stock and focus mostly on giving customers and excelent customer service,the thing I enjoy the most is interacting with customers,and most importantly I learned team work

Learning curve for me
Solving problems and attending customers query ,manage junior staff and answer phone calls, getting customers products that's they need and attending customers and approaching them on the sales floor

Great employee benefits
sorting out clothing items assisting customers with selections I would say I enjoy my team the most, the support they provide and assistance. The typical day involves checking the stockroom to ensure all items are there and then bringing them to the floor s needed. Then placed on floor and check what other items we have recieved

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day is like any other days because I am always at work and I enjoy my work very much in the extent that I never complain even though I am always at work. My relationship with co-workers is very good I get along with everyone in my work space which is what makes me unique because always smiling and friendly with the people around me. I've learnt that working hard always brings good results and opportunities that is why I always work hard to prove that I am a good fit for the position. What I enjoy most is getting to know people, getting to learn new things each and every day. I also learnt that working as a team produces good results and more profit to the business. What I enjoy most is being able to help people with whatever they need in that specific time. I also enjoy being around people being able to forget about the world and it's challenges. Lead in your own right
The clothing business requires to plan for launch seasonally, go through emails to check on the day to day tasks for business expectations, work collaboratively with others on an 9 hour day shift, I've learned to lead and organize which is what I enjoy most, inventory can be lacking which affects customer service

Busy day at work, Learned to be very patient and yet fast and accurate at the same time
Great opportunity to gain customer service experience yet favortism in promoting staff. Challenging part is dealing with unhappy customers and not having authorty to deal with their complaints

I get excited when customers are happy
Work with staff between 15 and 50. Communicate to all stakeholders in the Receiving, distribution as well as Head Office about stock availability. Ensuring the removal of Waste and managing objectives. Communication with Regionals and doing Floor walks as part of the Interaction with the rest of the team. Seat in strategic meetings planning the week ahead and sharing problem areas and resolves. Enjoy seeing customers being satisfied about their experience in stores. Challenging aspects would involve unavailability of requisite stock due to issues beyond our control. I have learned that as a Position in Authority preparation is key in dealing with stakeholders. There is nothing that one can leave to chance. There is no preparation insignificant no matter how minial the problem seems. Other challenging aspects becomes evident when promotion launch do not occur due to lack of resources or materials. It becomes joy when you are selected for a promotion because someone has noticed your effort.

Independency
I learnt to work wirvisor/mananger but i was still mananging to I learnt to work with no supejryjjjjjjjvisor/mananger but i was still mananging to keep our clients happy. Working under pressure. I enjoy the most to work with clients and hear what they would to do to keep our projects on point. our clients happy. Working under pressure. I enjoy the most to work withon point.

Excellent learning curve
I have been in retail as a manager for 9 years and I have learnt different things from the two companies that I have worked in. I am currently a Foods manager at Woolworths and our main focuses are our people and our customers. We engage a lot with our staff aswel as with the management team o that everyone is well informed and is working towards the same goals. We always try to involve our people in ways of improving our ways of working and that becomes very clear in the kind of service we give to our customers. We are also very strict when it comes to processes because they drive availability, presentation, customer service. We work very closely with our staff interms of performance management and coaching and that yields great results and dedication from our people. I run two very big departments in my store, which is the sales floor team and our service area team (Interactive department) and overall that is +35 staff.
Pros: great working conditions, great support from the regional staff and management, intouch interms of staff and customers, continuous training and development for managers, everyone respects the values of the company
Cons: growth process is very slow, move around a lot, lack of managers on the system meaning that we have reduced managers in stores, end up taking a lot more work load, lack of recognition for great performance.
