Brilliant training and development area
I have a very good relationship with my learners and colleagues.We like a family in the training room and we talk about everything whether it is work related or personal.I love coming to work everyday because of the atmosphere in the learning centre. The class interactions we have,the multimedia programmes we use and the practical examples we engage in makes a typical day extraordinary and I have learnt a lot about the supply chain and management sector of how everything in the stores gets to be there on time and each system used to be able to track all the stores of the franchise.The only challenge I can say I am facing at work is that we don't get sufficient support for the learners as production is the main focus so learners tend to loose focus because of being back and forth to the warehouse and learning centre

Good working environment
Nice environment to learn more about customer service and customer care. Helps deal with difficult customers. Able to learn more about day to day running of the business. Helps teach how to reach targets for the yearly budget. Helps learn how to do paperwork.
Pros: Get to meet new people everyday.
Cons: Not enough time for family time.

Excellent development programmes
There is a lot of development programmes, learning interventions constantly but unfortunately no room for placements though. Working with payroll administration puts you under a lot of pressure as timing is everything, queries need to be handled before the employee's even notice because by the time the do its already too late and we'll maintaining that is really difficult because we work to earn a living so accountability is important from both sides . Challenges for me are when people do not ask or seek clarification when they do not know or understand certain aspects or any type of information with regards to the tasks or jobs at hand. You can can give guidance but in the workforce there's an expectation that you must want to learn.

Learning curve
I love everything about my job, my position is very challenging. I deal with different customers every day and having to do that is not a very easy thing to do, getting stock from other stores so that the customer collects at your store, having to make targets for the week. I work very well with my colleagues, team playing plays a pivotal role in my workplace. I have learnt working with differnt characters of people and dealing with difficult customers. I like working alone but i enjoy working with people as much more work get done easily when people work together.

Good start when need to have experience in Warehouse and Retail industry
Training, Invocom meeting everyday Working approximately 24 days per months Collaboration is good among the Team We like Brothers and Sisters with the Team We have ups and downs but we can resolve issue fairly Leadership and Self management Invocom and acting as FLM on her absence, working at Admin Office Peak season is hectic and need more labour effort and to extend working hours working 6 days per week and leaves are not allowed on Peak Season Working on Christmas day and New year's Eve also New Year day holiday

My worth
I am a self-disciplined, self-motivated person who works tirelessly to achieve the pre-determined objectives. I am a team player myself. I am customer-centric, focusing more on customer satisfaction. People management is my strong point, based on motivation, gap identification & closing as well keeping the team disciplined and focused

Opportunity to grow
The management had a good relationship easy to communicate with.....some few seniors were abusing their power which made your working space unpleasant and very distractive

Excellent working experience
A nice environment to work at,energetic team and also go getters.frustrating when a customer’s product not arrived from a different store.I enjoyed the product learning experience because you get to excel on your selling skills when you know more about the product.
