I give good customer service I make the customer to have a memorable moment so that wen they leave the shop they leave with a smile on their face retail is very hard it's all about wat u want and the passion and dedication u give to the job that u are doing thats wat its important.
Pros: U get to meet different people with different characters and u learn a new thing every day
Cons: Working long hours standing on ur feet the whole day but to me it's not a train smash it's about what made me to go there and ask for a job

Great experiance
its a great company to work for the benefits are worth it yet the salary is small. The work environment is really educational numerous work shops every now n then.

Great adventure and a learning curve
I have been in a retail business for four year and I have learned how to listen, understand and when to respond. Working for woolworths has taught me how to persevere with people and different kinds of people. All I can say is that working with people is within me and given this opportunity gives me great pleasure because I know I meet the requirements.

Customer servise,communication skills,minimise shrinkage
Nice to work there easy to grow as long as u have passion for jo job.I learn a lot about good customer service,how to minimise shrinkage and how to handle stress and cusomers as well as staff

Cons: No long hours cos its 8hrs per day 40hrs per week

A good environment to start a career for matriculants
My daily routine include scanning and packing products for cus to Merseyside. And communication with customers all day. I have learned to deal with difficult customers. The working environment is good. My colleagues are always there for each other. They help me when I need their assistance. I enjoy watching on the office doing administration training.
Pros: Promotion is easy to get. All you have to do is use their system to apply for promotions.
Cons: The hours are normal

Excellent learning curve
There is a lot of opportunities just that you have to surround yourself with positive peoplthere is a lot of opportunities for growth but you have to be curious enough to get exposed to those experience or opportunities. And you have to surround yourself with positive peoplee

Excellent job
I always working for people .. iam a hard working and dedicated..we always worked as a team. And always have meetings for target markets .ive always loved my Job! Until i had to leave the company, because of less money had to be cut

My company working environment and me
My Company -My company is scorecard driven. -We are a customer centric organisation. -We are an extremely corporate governance driven company Employees -Facilitate learning interventions and meetings. -Develop tallent -Partner with staff and our L&D team to aid staff work toward their performance based programs -invest in my team sincerely and emotively - get my teams buy in -set performance targets for my team -Employer Labour relations as per the department of labour government Gazette. -I run ER cases for the company A typical work day -Continues statistical data review of past performances to accurately manage expenses to meet set profit targets - manage expenses - profit bench marks - review and follow up on previous deliverables - review daily operating plan - my world is very liquid and constantly changing so while I have definite deliverables and time constraints which must be met, i always need to prioritize between what's urgent versus what's important

Excellent learning curve
W Working where I’m currently working has being a great experience. Yet I’m looking for growth and I feel that my current job doesn’t offer me that I enjoy with with the people that I’m working with we work well together as team.

Leading industry no growth
Good customer services i have learnt and how to think inside the box and come up with good quality experience and magical customer.it is a small industry and team work buddy system is an excellent exceptional we helping each other,i have learnt to work in all departments in the office,stockroom,sales floor it helps me to deal with customers needs,the challenging that i overcome is to make sure i trained all staff on tills to assist if we crisis it was a challenge because you have to deal with difficult people but at the end i signed them off and i felt proud.
