Working there tought me to succeed there you need friends in the store and head office.
Working there wrll i had to be punctual always early Never depwnd on your colleagues when they can't even be on time Your customer comes 1st and they know what the want. Help when you can get the items they wish to have cash it at the till and wish them on there way and go on o the next one.

Cons: They can't even free us from woolies they not gonna allow us to be free of tgem no job will ever be good for us they wont let us go even when we no longer work there .

Day to day running of the admin office and cash office
Typical day is answering phones ,check if all the staffs clock in and out are correct for the previous day make sure there are enough supplies for breaks make sure each manager have a shift template for all their staff to do changes if needed capture changes ,phone supplier to check when items will be in store. Check Give floats to cashiers and drop at the end of the day run back office log a call if there are transactions hanging

A good environment to start a career for matriculants
My daily routine include scanning and packing products for cus to Merseyside. And communication with customers all day. I have learned to deal with difficult customers. The working environment is good. My colleagues are always there for each other. They help me when I need their assistance. I enjoy watching on the office doing administration training.
Pros: Promotion is easy to get. All you have to do is use their system to apply for promotions.
Cons: The hours are normal

Great learning curve and also gaining experience.
The overall experience has been great up until now, however I personally feel that we are underpaid, especially us early replenishes because what we do requires a lot of physicality.

I try not to be stagnant but learn and teach as much as I can.
III's have been fortunate to have been groomed from within the company and by that I have been able to successfully succeed in my growth aspects, this enables the company to grow and keep staff motivated

Well established company however company culture has changed for the worst over the last 10 years due to poor management and leadership at middle and executive level.

Pros and cons
There is alot of benefits such as company discount and buying food on surplus however no bonus for managers an only small amount of incentives quarterly compared to thousands of random store managers receive no growth opportunity for managers must only work for bigger stores and travel but no travel allowances really as the amount don't justify the distance that you have yo travel to and from work

Good Culture
I brief my team on what needs to be done for the day and what will be launching this week so we will start preparing for the campaigns or special events I check what ever decor comes in and compare it to the brief we mm get from head office my relationship with my co workers are great as I would relieve them when ever they are busy or when they go for breaks or if there are a shortage of staff they would chat to me bout maybe my staffing assistance I have leant a lot as I have the ability to work not only in my department but in others areas as well e.g. Customer service clothing and home and foods department as well I enjoy assisting all around what's most challenging is when there is not enough cover in store one has to spread the little staff you have but because lots of staff is signed off in more than one area and that is an advantage but challenging coz if they not available then it means you need to level down but I don't mind
