Working here is a great privilege they have wonderful working employee benefits and they are running a sustainable business I wish they hired their experienced employees as managers they train their employees very well and they make sure they are well informed about the business business plans their pay review done yearly can be done be better

Learnt organising,planning, leadership skills
My typical working day Reports Filling Human resource and finance I get along with everyone,I have a good relationship with my colleagues as they always wait for me to solve their problems I have learnt a lot as Woolworths is my first job,cashiering, supervision and administration I enjoyed working with external and internal customers their queries and solving their problems. Challenging:Absenteeism as I have to work around and plan schedule in a very short notice

The importance of customer service for the survival of every organization
Working for Woolworths has proved to me that indeed customer is the heart of the business. An organization that keeps its customers happy and adds value to its products through a quality customer service. At Woolworths I learned to deliver what is promised to the customer at right time and place. I enjoy studying and working at the same I enjoy challenging my self and I'm seeking growth and a new challenge. We work with high volumes of inventories but through solid team work and proper structures we always deliver. I work 28 hours a week which is 4 days and week and. Customers are the life an blood of every business

I have learned to work with people, socialising with them has helped me to gain some confidence
It was a very good company to work for .although sometimes I will have to work an extra hour but that sometimes was nothing because the stuff was very friendly you would swear we come from one family.but the most challenging aapect was having to work with a difficult customers sometimes..I have learnt to a lot of things such as working with different kinds of people difficult and easy customers, I have also learnt that you don't come with your problems at work as it may affect you or the people you working with and all in all providing the best customer service. that the customer comes first.I have enjoyed interacting with different customers..and Co workes.

Collaboration
times normal. We wodays are not the same sometimes busy sometimes normal. But collaboration is the best thing in a workplace because you easily communicate with your colleagues. Always be calm and be patient with everything.bring smile to the world in order to have a good day. Challenges are always the but handle with care to achieve more. If you behave sometimes you get a promotion and in my work place when ever you do good they reward you rk as a team, there is collaboration between us, we all try to bring smiles to our customers. Some days are very challenging but you have to be calm all the time and be patient with your work. If you can't deal with that thing you ask your leaders to help you
