Great opportunity to gain customer service experience yet favortism in promoting staff. Challenging part is dealing with unhappy customers and not having authorty to deal with their complaints

Pos Tester, hand in had with IT
A typical day at work consist of testing of software as well as hardware, such as installing new peds at each till, checking that software is compatible to what is currently in stores. My relationship with my co-workers is one of being one and working hand in had to finish and deliver effective out comes to each department, like marketing, IT and so forth. I have learned that in my position IT plays a very important role and in that I have build up my interest in the software part of what I do. How systems are created to actually create a view for people to actually see as in eyes view. I mostly enjoy learning from each department something that I never knew and how it all filters together. The most challenging part of my job is that I work too fast and then I get quiet and I don't like to fiddle.

Great opportunity for development,work well with peers there is good working relationship and the culture with I. The professional environment is what keeps you coming back and the organisation is guided by there ogerisational values Customs,work ethics and this becomes your way of life . It's really a great evioment to work In as there are clear objectives In place and communication Chain across the different leave is of a transpant one. Also the fact there there is a "open door policy and custom within the environment and that allows too. For Innovation and newness . Also the zero tolerance for poor customer service is what keep you customer orientated

Excellent learning curve
My job I loved cause I was committed and smart, hardworking lady and also trustworthy but honest about anything or everything so for me it went well and just the fact that they failed to pay out our Overtime but I loved that type of job cause it made me confidence and dedicated to work and communicate with other's

Customer service
What I enjoy the most is how Woolworths treat us as a a staff and management team and we work as a team with my team mates and I have been treated fairly all I can say I enjoyed to work for Woolworths but I'm following a green pustures

Life span of managers in the company
a typical day would comprise general meetings with staff , feedback on performance what works better working methods and ways forward how to take the company into the future with modernization. General employment relations , dealing with staff issues and concerns , department stats and feedback , launching of promotions and liaison with relevant stakeholders
