In big stores growth for stuff is limited unlike small stores,when coming to incentives big stores gives their stuff small money and on the other side they making more money for the store, it should be the other way round .woolies stuff works together as a family, and through that you learn to work smarter with the help of your colleagues n seniors.I enjoys that the stuff also gets the chance to participate in competitions.Its really challenging when you give it your best at your duties and not get recognised .

Design plan and implementation of new projects
Woolworths is a great company to work for with strong values . We live our values in everything we do. Integrity is an important trait and we do everything possible to satisfy our customers. At Woolworths perfect is not good enough and I have gained a wealth of experience during my 14 years at Woolworths. And held 3 senior IT positions during this time.

Its always a good thing to explore different things
I work as a team with my colleagues, we share ideas we always have meeting on how our day should progress,commitment and collaboration are part of the values we live everyday.And always knowing that our seniors can rely on us.

Im willing to learn what ever new.
I have call centre certificate and i have ten modules in information technology from unisa.im working at woolworths as a cashier, data capturer and receptionist.i have one year experience.im willing to learn anything new.llike to work with other people i dont like to work under supervision cause im a hard worker as long as you shown me a job i know what must i do.
Pros: i like to know my job very well. i like to know the job of the other department.i like to learn something new every time

My company working environment and me
My Company -My company is scorecard driven. -We are a customer centric organisation. -We are an extremely corporate governance driven company Employees -Facilitate learning interventions and meetings. -Develop tallent -Partner with staff and our L&D team to aid staff work toward their performance based programs -invest in my team sincerely and emotively - get my teams buy in -set performance targets for my team -Employer Labour relations as per the department of labour government Gazette. -I run ER cases for the company A typical work day -Continues statistical data review of past performances to accurately manage expenses to meet set profit targets - manage expenses - profit bench marks - review and follow up on previous deliverables - review daily operating plan - my world is very liquid and constantly changing so while I have definite deliverables and time constraints which must be met, i always need to prioritize between what's urgent versus what's important

I love my job
Good learning curve work relations could be better I enjoy working with customers under customer service and over the phone If I was to criticize it would be about the "usual" customers who come to harass the stuff always looking for a mistake to report or for discounts

Excellent learning experience
Superb quality and excellent Superb quality and excellent prices. Working hours OK have more family time. No 13th cheque in the company and that is the only downside. Best in customer service. They are more customer focused than staff management don't stay to long at one store. Every 2 to 4 years you go to another location. No car allowance no petrol allowance. Only salary and when u on standby for alarm calls u get petrol money. .

I m a hardworking lady who willing to do extra mile anytime you need my help.As a stock controlled I make sure the stock that I received I captured in a system so that it can be trasable when we need information of the company.

Great environment
Not bad hesburgh Judi tdk judith judith jell taboo trick truck ferrin fork disk ridden frick design highlights dick faun haibo jeffco idol isl hank Greco usm in my city and I was in a similar position in my city of a great place in my life that was a little more expensive and the more it to be in the middle east and I had to do the right things and the better I would be the more of the people to do that to the world than to do that to the world of my duties as an American and a good one way of thinking and the right thing for the people of the country and the country that was the only way in the country to do it to be in 66inches 6and the same way we are in my life is a good idea for the world and I think it will help you get to know you like my soft and i am a little more concerned with the way I am in my city than you like me your life is the same as yours but it was a great deal to be a man of a woman and I was not sure
