best place to work at if you going for the people , staff relationships were like family, my day to day as the same everyday.long hours always something wrong with our money, senior managers not doing there work which in the end we as junior mangers had to step up and do it.i have learnt a lot from them,meeting more than 1000 people yearly. ti take nothing from them but good memories

Learning curve
I believe I have relevant skills, qualifications and experience for the position I am applying for. I am able and capable of learning quickly and I will also contribute in making the company more successful. I am a friendly, polite and honest person who is open-minded to new ideas and influences. I have a curious character and therefore am eager to learn new things and am interested in the people around me. I am communicative and I like to involve others in projects and creative ideas. I expect to learn about myself. I think will gain confidence and become more self sufficient as I will to create a home away from home. I am not afraid for challenge and I look forward to a new adventure and am open for every new experience. Not only do I expect to learn from the program itself, but also from the people from many cultures and can hopefully teach me values that I will carry with me for life. I hope that possibility exists for me to join your company.

Awesome company to work for excellent stepping stone of how a large business operates. Teaches us how to act and react with other employees and fellow managers. Extensive training is offered each year of how to better our work ethic and to increase sales.

Best Work experience
Live environment, diversity within staff and cuatomers, lovely customers,my company is not stingy in terms of growth and development, fun people we report to with kindness and empathy we all learnt our company culture and live it its a big brand and we wear our uniform with pride knowing every day we make a difference and deliver world class service where ever when ever.

Basic entry level experience given to new employees.
The company provides training for new employees and throughout the years of employment. Tries to equip the employees with new skills. There is a level of difficulty with interacting with the management staff. Which makes it difficult to assist customers according.
Pros: Good chance of acquiring new skills
Cons: Long working hours and the remuneration is not equivalent to the amount of work.
