Well i have been working for this company almost 12 year and i started as a packer to where i am it is great working for them however im looking for something new and challas

Honest, good at work with others.

I am fast and honest young lady whose willing to work hard and underpressure, who can relate well in others. I have learnt to work well with difficult customers how to meet necessary target. I enjoy working with people and meeting the given requirements...

I think working in woolworths its better than to stay at home.

It is nice working in woolworths bronkhorstspruit as I get along wit some of my coworkers and I really learned a lot from this company even though it is difficult to grow as our store is too small. I enjoy doing doing daily reports and filing.the most challenging thing on my job is monthly lay by reports and a float holder also doing petty cash.

Pros: I got a promotion from being a visual specialist to a store admin.
Cons: working on public holidays and knocking off late on festive season

Excellent

I have been working with this company for 5 years, I starter as a cashier which i did that for 18 months, after that i applied for supervisor position and became successful candidate, i have learned to deal with customer and which now am the best with thatmy co-worker or let me say staff that works under my supervision enjoys working with me as we like family and we respect each other, the most thing i enjoy is when is busy because you keep on working until knock off time

Good learning environment

TThe work place is clean and good for everyone There is no sort of racist actions with in the work environment and There is a good relationship amongst all the workers unless there's a personal issue or conflict between the workers I have learned alot like working e, extra hard with different people and without any sort of reward for doing your tasks in the best way I enjoy none much than to complete my tasks in time and use free WiFi The most challenging aspects of the job are that u can do extra tasks and not get compansated for that and dismiss late that its even hard to find transport to take u home safe BT end up walking home after a long day of hard work Woking Days are more and 2 day to rest

Pros: Good work environment and There's diversity in the workplace
Cons: Dismissal time is bad ...Hard to find Transportation after work ,More tasks are added without discussing that with the workers

Great atmosphere

Great atmosphere, friendly people, hours not so bad . No bonus staff always feiendly and helpfull. Great loyal people to work with. You bond quickly with staff and they become part of your life

It was a great learning curve and an eye opener

Exposure to retail experience and an eye opening. Challenging but learning curve. A typical work day will be starting a day busy at times. I had a great relationship with my colleagues and worked together because team work is one of the principles of Woollies and it made our work much easier and to give our customers a great experience.. I have learnt that the customer is always right and honesty and hard work pays off. It has taught me to work and manage under preassure and in every thing i do keep the company policies in mind and folllow procedures

I am a self-disciplined, self-motivated person who works tirelessly to achieve the pre-determined objectives. I am a team player myself. I am customer-centric, focusing more on customer satisfaction. People management is my strong point, based on motivation, gap identification & closing as well keeping the team disciplined and focused

I get excited when customers are happy

Work with staff between 15 and 50. Communicate to all stakeholders in the Receiving, distribution as well as Head Office about stock availability. Ensuring the removal of Waste and managing objectives. Communication with Regionals and doing Floor walks as part of the Interaction with the rest of the team. Seat in strategic meetings planning the week ahead and sharing problem areas and resolves. Enjoy seeing customers being satisfied about their experience in stores. Challenging aspects would involve unavailability of requisite stock due to issues beyond our control. I have learned that as a Position in Authority preparation is key in dealing with stakeholders. There is nothing that one can leave to chance. There is no preparation insignificant no matter how minial the problem seems. Other challenging aspects becomes evident when promotion launch do not occur due to lack of resources or materials. It becomes joy when you are selected for a promotion because someone has noticed your effort.

Pros: Good prospects in the company with years of experience in Retailing
Cons: Ability to work under pressure and an effective communicator
