A department manager
I am currently a department manager working at Woolworths Welgemoed Forum managing my own team within the Foods market. I have been working in the food market for the past 3 years doing various functions within the retail space such as store layout implementation, stock management, employee improvement, as well as operational functions of the store ensuring the store is operationally compliant in accordance to government legislation, which are only a few of my tasks to mention. I am very task oriented, self �driven, self-motivated, resilient, professional, honest, dependable and I strive on achieving excellent results with each and every task I take on. I tend to always push myself to be better and at the same time gain more knowledge and experience to improve and provide excellent results. I believe I am more than able to successfully fulfil the responsibilities when given the opportunity to, and to will excel in all aspects to ensure my task or job is completed to the best of my ability.

The hard working lady
I like to work in a team and I like to do my best .I prefer a relationship with my employees cause I like to help others. I'm a very hard worker and always strive to do my best.I'm very outspoken and I see myself as a go getter.I dont depend on others and I like to do todays work today .I very independent and dont like to depend on others .I like to give my best and learn from others.I'm self motivated and I know myself my work wont be as good now but by the end of the I do become the best. I've learnt alot from my managers, for example..to trust no one and also

Great learning curve, more exposure, good working conditions.
Excellent learning curve,good remuneration.Rewards and recognitions as well as travelling allowances where applicable. Satisfying working conditions and good leadership with a B style kind of leadership. Enough rest days to spend with my family, discounts at 12% plus more when buying management uniforms which is next to nothing.

Excellent learning curve
An awesome experience as a Till Operator for Woolworths. Enjoyed working with fellow staff and management. Learned alot more now about the Retail industry and also how to engage with customers better.

Learn how to approach customers an work in team
I learned a lot in such a way that, teamwork it's more better that solo. As in teamwork we get to complete the works fast as in that we work with a team force

I got to help customers with good service and making sure that customersare happy and i enjoyed working with my colleagues cause we always backed up each otherduring lunchtimes and and what i enjoyed most was seeing a happy customer after providing them with my service and the challenges i had to face was working underpressure
