Excellent learning curve and Training
Having joined the team with no banking experience , I have really enjoyed learning how the world of banking works. Coupled with my experience in procurement and supply chain I manage to emerge victorious in the task that we're assigned to me. Being in volved projects and managing suppliers were some of the challenges that I came across but my experience helped me to manage my work properly.Implementing processes and conducting training to stuff members were some fo the duties I took and did well.

Problem solving, Create and Confident
I was under internship program with Transunion Africa and have been exposed to all accounting cycles. My aim is to become a Chartered Accountant and wish to gain experience during this journey. I have been exposed to working on SAP, PEOPLESOFT, PASTEL and VIP PAYROLL. I am reliable, innovative, self-motivated and looking forward to learning.

Learning curve
It’s been an incredible journey to work at Absa with a support United team from different people with different perspectives but able to unite and work together, therefore teamwork is priority at Absa as each department work along with the other. There’s definitely is career opportunities and growth. What I like the most was Unity and teamwork because I have the skill and I enjoy working with others. Challenges I came across where manageable do I would not emphasize them.
