I have crafted and implemented the RBB Execution Risk Framework which provides an overview of delivery risks and overall progress to the RBB Executive Committee on the Retail and Business Bank Book of Work for 2017. I am also responsible for two strategic programmes at present. Creation of an Execution Risk Framework to minimise delivery risk and assessing resourcing across the Retail and Business Bank portfolio on project level Responsible for the Retail and Business Bank (Barclays Africa Group Limited) Africa Investment Board submission Active mentoring and training of junior staff in the Project Management discipline Improving the way of working in the Transformation Planning team Constructed a Customer Satisfaction Survey to measure team performance with customers Programme Management for the Retail and Business Bank Valpre programme – decoupling of Absa/Barclays elements
Pros: Familiar environment. Specialist in delivering multi discipline programmes across the group. I am a mentor to my colleagues and understand the bank and challenges in the bank well.
Cons: No scope for promotion in my current team. No new challenges or experiences in my role.

I am a qyick learner,eager to learn and put extra time in. I am very loyal to my company
I have been working for a Financial Adviser for 10 years. I have experience in making appointments, managing his diary, face to face interaction with clients. I was the first person the clients meet in the office, Dealing with queries from clients and also Insurance and Investment Houses. Ordering stationary, and had 4 staff working under me. My strongest asset is that I am always willing to learn more about a product or a organization. I am neat and well spoken and always have the organization or clients best interest at heart. I am loyal and honesty is a very important character to have.

Excellent work experience
Take calls from clients that needed help with there credit cards. Eg. Statement reconciliation, balances, update of details. Or just assist branch consultants with any query

My review
I am computer literate, able to function independatly and as part of a team. i am a hardworker, i can communicate in all eleven official languages. i am able to multitask and fuction with minimum instructions. I work from 8-16:30, Monday to friday. i have a good relationship with my colleagues. i have learned to multitask as i have to capture accurate information on two systems while talking to clients. hope my application meets your requirements

Excellent
At Absa I learned how to work with different personalities , conflicts management and time management.it was my first time working for a bank ,this gave me an opportunity to understand how the bank operates on daily bases and how I fitted in the company .I learned how to communicate with clients and also use different systems . Even if we had crazy working hours ,it became lighter because we worked as a team. Received a lot of training from the company which helped me in doing better at my task .

Working for ABSA has taught me to be firm and stand my ground or else people will walk over me.
My day begins with signing on to my workstation and opening my safe . I than set my drop safe as it has the most of the money which i work with through the day. I do transactions such as withdrawals,transfers and deposits through the day. At the end of the day i than balance my money and make sure it's what i should be. I have a relatively good relationship with most of my colleagues . I have learnt that every job has its own level of difficulty ,however,nothing is unattainable. I enjoy helping clients and making they're banking experience a pleasant one. The most challenging aspect of the job is always having to ask for authorization .
Pros: There aren't really any pros except that there are those clients who always brighten up your day when you're down.
Cons: The high expectation of sales which is not part of our contracts

A day at work
A typical work day entails identifying accounts for termination, assisting clients with termination related disputes, exiting accounts that do not adhere to payment arrangements with the bank either as per the final acceptance or court order in place and ensuring that target is reached on the number required and by means of maintaining a certain percentage as per the quality assessment. The job requires that you work well individually and with members of the team. Throughout the day the team helps each other on how to approach disputes in order to adhere to the required regulations and protocal eg NCA and Treating Customers Fairly
