EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF CANDIDATE I was employed with Absa Barclays. I strive for perfection and take pride in what I do. I accept authority and responsibility and adhere to all regulations as laid down and align my personal goals to the companies operational and H.R. strategies. My general office and administration skills are at a premium. My knowledge is based on Ms Excel, Ms Word, and Outlook ,I am Microsoft Proficient. My communication and interpersonal skills are naturally clear, concise and confident. My results driven focus and my ability to think strategically and innovatively has been singled out as one of my many attributes. Being a fast learner, hard worker and quick thinker has been an advantage in the fast moving and ever changing business world. Problem solving, Create and Confident

I was under internship program with Transunion Africa and have been exposed to all accounting cycles. My aim is to become a Chartered Accountant and wish to gain experience during this journey. I have been exposed to working on SAP, PEOPLESOFT, PASTEL and VIP PAYROLL. I am reliable, innovative, self-motivated and looking forward to learning.

Excellent learning new skills

I had really enjoyed working at absa I have learned a lot of things such as communication skills client service.,and the people I have worked with are incredibly good with their jobs we were a very good team player

Day at work :-)

- Typical day at work is dealing with client complaints, queries and compliments, via email, telephonically and social media. - I am a teamplayer and share any work related knowledge with my colleauges. - I learn new things everyday. - I enjoy customer satisfaction. - Not been able to assist clients immediately.

Excellence

W e work with client everyday with different questions for different accounts and we are trained to solve any query on hand,because we are at customer service we expected to work as a team and it has taught me to be patient and to listen to everyone.I enjoy learning new things and solving problems.My challenge comes only when we have a new query that we have not dealt with but we have support center whenever we need help

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I’m a very passionate person about the work I do, a clear thinker, articulate, calm, and well organized and have a great sense of humor, very witty and not one track minded, I can be creative when given the opportunity to express myself in full, pro-active and take the initiative to possibilities. I need not be told or reminded to execute tasks I ought to do, I always try give clear guidance and mostly empower others in the areas where I know I can venture unaided, I am able to delegate duties when a need arises in order to maintain a good team spirit and improve productivity. I have exceptional human relations, interact amicably with my peers and superiors; I am very much approachable, friendly but firm when the need arises. I am always ready to enter into new ventures and change as spontaneous as I am, I believe I can become a very good asset to any company. Yours truly

Achiever

The following year 2013 I was contracted in a six months Internship with SETA to assist at Woolworths store at Clearwater Mall as an HR assistance and floor assistance from January till the end of July. During the same year in September I got a permanent employment at ABSA Bank as Teller until 2015 May where I was upgraded to Sales Consultant due to my sales achievements and goals.
