I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO BE PART OF HEALTH INDUSTRY HELPING PEOPLE IS PART OF MY ABILITY, HAVING SAID THAT I'LL CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY TO THE INSTITUTION AT ALL TIMES .CHANGE IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WITHOUT CHANGE THERE WILL NO GROWTH, HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE NEW TO THE SECTOR WITH DIFFERENT VIEWS TO OPERATION.PEOPLE WHO ARE ABLE TO GO EXTRA MILES AT ALL COST ALL THE TIME I SHOULD SAY. ACCORDING TO THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION WE CAN ALL BRING PROGRESS HEALTH SERVICES IF WE WORK TOGETHER .ME AS PERSON I POSSES A LOT OF QUALITIES LIKE ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND ASSIST OTHERS THAT I WORK WITH TO REACH THEIR GOALS BEING A TEAM PLAYER HAS TOUGH ME A LOT OF THINGS . I'VE ALSO BENEFITED FROM IT I SHOULD SAY , A TEAM MAY PROVIDE A VAST EXPIRIENCE AND COMPITANCIES .

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
I’m a very passionate person about the work I do, a clear thinker, articulate, calm, and well organized and have a great sense of humor, very witty and not one track minded, I can be creative when given the opportunity to express myself in full, pro-active and take the initiative to possibilities. I need not be told or reminded to execute tasks I ought to do, I always try give clear guidance and mostly empower others in the areas where I know I can venture unaided, I am able to delegate duties when a need arises in order to maintain a good team spirit and improve productivity. I have exceptional human relations, interact amicably with my peers and superiors; I am very much approachable, friendly but firm when the need arises. I am always ready to enter into new ventures and change as spontaneous as I am, I believe I can become a very good asset to any company. Yours truly

A very busy and fast paced job.
a typical working day is very busy with admin and client interaction. My relationship with my co-workers are excellent,there is a mutual understands and respect shown. I have learn't to adapt to the different client base such as race and language. i do speak both english and affrikaans. The most challenging part of my job is the targets and deadlines.
Pros: Good benefits such as pension and rebate on banking fees

Excellent opportunity to grow skill and knowledge
The company offers flexibility in terms of working remotely and being allowed to work at different work locations/cities. I work in a team of 7 immediate team, working hand in hand with tech risk and project team which makes us a total of + 20 people and we are part of the wider cyber security office team which ha employed more than 200 people. I have a great relationship with the 20 people I work with almost daily it comprise of excellent and skilled resources especially from project team so one learns and grows daily and the team is diverse. The challenge is Fighting with the rest of the company to take security serious.

Great exposure to business management and various products
I have built my business units strategy aligned to the company objectives. The key things I address in my strategy are always: Company (This relates to any financial impact in the business. Profitability and increased revenue are top of mind. Manage an effective sales team by closely driving performance and sales targets. Be visible to all opportunities and potential new business. I am not afraid to set high targets but be close enough to ensure we track regularly and address shortfalls immediately). Customer (To ensure we differentiate our service offering to our competitors and to build relationships and revenue with profitable clients and do not maintain unprofitable clients). Staff – (To have the best people for the job. To lead by example, improve productivity, address non-performance. Manage an effective Cost to Income ratio in the business).

I have learnt that no job is easy
On a typical workday i process transactions for clients namely withdrawals,deposits, transfers . I have learnt that fear of whats unknown to you is fear of new possibilities I enjoy learning new things and teaching others what i know as well.

Good
I work as a Bso/ teller at tzaneen absa. This was my first job after acquiring my qualification in bachelor of accountancy. Its good introduction to work environment. I work with lot of different people of different cultures and beliefs. And still we respect each other. Also there are sales targets to be meet each week

Excellent learning new skills
I had really enjoyed working at absa I have learned a lot of things such as communication skills client service.,and the people I have worked with are incredibly good with their jobs we were a very good team player
