Excellent learning curve

It is good company thought it has lot of challenges in terms of target requirement due to economy. I have learned alot in working with different individual with different goal and aspect, what i enjoy the most is team work and team play

My expertise in the Financial service sector are as follows: Long term Insurance,Investment,Car and household insurance, Retirement annuity, Funeral covers, Vehicle tracking devices, Contractors of all risks, Passenger liability, Professional Indemnity, Business insurance, Security insurance, Special events cover and Travel insurance.I am Self-motivated person, target driven, goal driven,discipline,able to work under pressure, able to work by myself and able to work within a team, driven for success, willing to take up new challenges within sales environment/Customer services .

I am currently working as a sales manager and feel that I need a bigger challenge, I don’t feel that there are enough opportunities at present. I feel that the company needs to become more aggressive in the approach and implementation of the strategy.

Very passionate and enjoys working with team has leadership skills. Experience in the retail.

Very eager to learn highly motivated works well with the team. Has interpersonal skills together with communication skills. Has a lot of experience in the retail industry. Great customer service able to focus on people development.

Excellent and educating

No complains about the enviroment. There is no growth. I have learned to always listen to what customers are and answer according to what they want and saying. Customers are always right. Difficult customers are challenging but I can manage them. How to sell to customers.

it is very easy to wake up in the morning because thats where happiness is team work is very important there are activities that are perfomed in order to make workers feel great about their there is team building and i have learned that working as a team does make things easier

Excellent experience

My work experience I would not trade it for anything. Holding it together when goings are tough. Working under pressure. Dealing with different people in all works of life.

I try to learn new things and empower myself

Been working at african bank for 2 years as a sales consultant.before then i was working at fnb for seven years as a teller then worked as a multi skilled consultant for one year.then worked as a admin assistant for one year.im hard working person,fast learner and can work independently and under pressure.be it team player or team leader.im passionate about my career and focused.Working at bank a has taught me patience and emphathy.because as i meet different people in my daily life i have to adjust and learn a mutual way of dealing with each and every client.and respect them in accordance.

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.

I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.
