Working at African bank is a very good thing. We have a lot of career enhancements and succession plannings. I just need a change of scenery and try something else. I want to grow career wise and explore other things out of African bank. I want to be given an apportunity to proof myself out of the job I am doing currently.

Interesting innovations
A great learning experience, interesting field. Fast paced and target orientated. Much needed experience when it comes to understanding clients and their needs. Deal with different characters on a daily basis. An interesting environment. Well trained co-workers and excellent management in all fronts.

Reaching target. Providing excellent customer services
I enjoy working with people dealing with customer quieries and resolving them, daily work that we do. I enjoy working under pressure and reaching monthly targets

Excellent leaning cuver
It has been quite a wonderful journey through out the years I have been there .one is required to make decisions on based company policy .live was a brand of your company .although it was not easy but passion of what I was doing kept me going for this past for year to achieve my targets and my time during working hours

Fast and hard worker don't like to leave things for the next day.
Worked for the bank for 5 years and it was mostly great, have had great co workers and managers and some was a challenge but we are strong willed. I picked us a lot of experience about fraud and how it gets committed. My day's here were mostly fun and challenging as we all have a good understanding of one another but yet work always came first. I am mostly the go to guy in the department as I know everyone and always find out if I do not. I help everyone with everything as I have a lot off different skill sets. I have knowledge of about every department and how they function from marketing to the call center and branches.

Challenging work environment
At a financial work environment you have to pay attention at all times, be attentive and creative. It's a very busy place i basicly control the office. I do loan pay outs,I issue credit cards to client i have to make sure I sent correct documents to our headoffice. I enjoy my work, knowing when u come to work u already planned the day on your way to work keeps you going. I enjoy being busy and coming with new ideas and studying at the same time. I enjoy working in a team, we get to work in the morning and start with meeting so as to make sure everyone is in the same page if not we brake the ice so that we start the day with the same energy and motivated and making sure every employer participates. That helped to build a good unites team. And my coworkers are my other family away from home.
