Communicator
Helping clients with planning for their short and long-term financial goals. These goals may include retirement and education. I have gained a wide knowledge and understanding of data collection methodologies, principles and techniques. I also have excellent data mining, cleaning and processing skills, as well as being a superb communicator with first class report writing skills. From my research I am aware of the organisation’s emphasis on working creatively as a team to solve clients’ business problems. This philosophy resonates well with me as it engenders trust and long term client relationships and would allow me to apply the communication, teamwork and problem solving skills I have learned through both my studies and part time employment experience.

Excellent place for grooming young people.
I am fast learner, a hard worker, with good planing skills and I am good at making decisions which the company will still benefit out of it. And I am always open for ideas. And and I still love my current job, my colleagues and the its has a good working environment. However I need something new now and challenging.
Pros: its has great opporrunities
Cons: I work 4hr 30min during the week.then weekends its 12hr 45 min. both saturday and sunday combined

Excellent learning curve
It is good company thought it has lot of challenges in terms of target requirement due to economy. I have learned alot in working with different individual with different goal and aspect, what i enjoy the most is team work and team play

Typical work day
Getting early at work (15 minutes before you start your work)to prepare the work station. Checking previous workload if there is and clear all pending queues. Always be ready for the first customer to the last with excellent customer service. Make inbound and outbound calls follow up with pending credit applications pay loans as per company requirement (after thoroughly check customer s afford ability). Preparing for the next day plan of the day before leave work.
Pros: Great exposure in building and living company values which also build personal confidence and in a position of being recognised for rowthnin the company
Cons: Not reaching client satisfaction which at times questions your ability.

Opportunities
The bank is growing and changing directions. There are a lot of opportunities in the bank especially to a tech savvy and innovative mind. However I have discovered that there is a low interns of remuneration of roles and the work capacity it comes with. It is to my attention that there is a notion that the bank gave you a job and you have to appreciate what you get and there is no room to negotiate when it comes to applying for a new role or having qualifications rhat set you apart from an ordinary minimum candidate. I have also learnt that there is a greater consideration to time in the company rather than qualification especially when it comes to specialized roles like HR.
Pros: New opportunities, encouragement of furthering studies.
Cons: Working hours that don’t match remuneration, blurred lines in terms of how one can move up levels

Need more growth and exposure
make sure the bank's card stock is sufficient within the perso bureau where they manufacture our cards and make sure that the branches always have stock to issue to clients, monitor systems, liaise with external suppliers for current projects, my work is more independent than anything as I alone deal with logistics in Card for the whole bank, but I do need to work closely with the Business analyst Team, and IT, I learn a lot from IT and have developed more ideas in order to enhance my daily system processes, I enjoy the challenges that the processes especially technical issues bring to my experience.

Growth
I'm lookingoing to work for a company that is growing as I also want to grow as a person. I work well with people and make sure I go the extra mile to deliver good customer service
