Great learning curved
I learn a lot about costume service how to handle cold calls and how to be friendly on the phone .everyday it was a brand new day caused I was willing to learn more about my company and how I will bring change to it I was always team player helping my team if they need same help or information to negotiate was very challenging to me but I end up getting it how to confines client to pay I enjoyed fun activities that we had every now and then learning more about ourselves and the team members

Best Team Player, independant worker, Good Communication skills,
there are internal and external reports that I need to analyse and see if everything is running smoothly it also maintains better efficient ways of system processes assist on branch queries log change orders if system fails, assist in testing the changes or system enhances check stock level internally at branch level and stock on suppliers and a t the vault, make necessary arrangement when need be do travel around once a month to audit the suppliers that keep our stock
Pros: if there is system failures we do not always get help in time depending on the departments (IT) capacity
Cons: there is not growth within the organisation

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.

Challenging aspects - Not enough support at times due to changes that ubrantly taking place with out informing the work force in advance

Excellent learning curve
The company is to work for especially on a entry level basis. They provide vast opportunities for growth as they do provide many training facilities which one has the privilege to participate in even as a temp. Everything is hands on so you don't only learn from the Induction training process but on the floor as well.
Pros: Good entry level company
