The salary its not enough it's good if your are maybe on internships But its a very good company to work for the managers are very understanding also the colleagues are friendly

Leading people different mind sets and win them
Leading a team of 18 candidates in a position of a field sales manager position. That includes recruiting ,training,weekly meeting and monthly meeting in groups an individually, marketing ,promoting, arranging appointments,presenting products on behalf of my employees, as well as protecting company assets,motivating employees to meet their monthly target and managing the company finance. For myself to make my monthly target it means that my candidates should first meet their targets by doubling their efforts to meet their own monthly individual targets. The most important in all this is the customers.
Pros: My wish is to see myself in a higher management role one of the good days as regional manager
Cons: I m always going extra mile by taking my job home.

Excellent learning curve
It is a nice company with friendly working environment. Poor growth and development. Well growing company. Management is good. Salary package is not bad at all.. im more into growth and development than salary.

Learning about different cultures
Excellent environment,people are friendly, mostly we work as team, we help each other, when there's new product we book boardrooms for each one teach one session,. We learn from each other. I've learn to embrace diversity, The most difficult things when we test for new product and it fails, we try to figure it out until we find the solutions.

Challenging work environment
At a financial work environment you have to pay attention at all times, be attentive and creative. It's a very busy place i basicly control the office. I do loan pay outs,I issue credit cards to client i have to make sure I sent correct documents to our headoffice. I enjoy my work, knowing when u come to work u already planned the day on your way to work keeps you going. I enjoy being busy and coming with new ideas and studying at the same time. I enjoy working in a team, we get to work in the morning and start with meeting so as to make sure everyone is in the same page if not we brake the ice so that we start the day with the same energy and motivated and making sure every employer participates. That helped to build a good unites team. And my coworkers are my other family away from home.

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.

Fast learner, dedicated and ambitious
Im a fast learner, dedicated and ambitious. I work well under pressure. I always have a room for learning, development and growth. I am a team player. I believe in skills sharing and helping out team members as means of working as a team. I have a good sense of communication. I have a good customer service.

Excellent learning curve
At African bank I use to work as a sales consultant and collect since I join African bank I did grow with them and they are still happy with my current performance. I'm same one who knows how set a goal and achieve them and I have proven that with my track record of being able to to conceive. Thank you
