Typical work day
Getting early at work (15 minutes before you start your work)to prepare the work station. Checking previous workload if there is and clear all pending queues. Always be ready for the first customer to the last with excellent customer service. Make inbound and outbound calls follow up with pending credit applications pay loans as per company requirement (after thoroughly check customer s afford ability). Preparing for the next day plan of the day before leave work.
Pros: Great exposure in building and living company values which also build personal confidence and in a position of being recognised for rowthnin the company
Cons: Not reaching client satisfaction which at times questions your ability.

Good learning experience and growth
Was given time to learn and grow my experience from a sales consultant, admin and acting branch manager then given a chance to go work at the head office as a senior admin then the company took me to school to get my NQF Level 5 certificate and an experience of 9years

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.

Eye opener job
African bank was the best compony to work for, i would go back if given a chance, Great inviroment, Best team to work with and great expience. I only resign because of medical reasons.

Assesment of claims
i have a good relationship with my colleques and we motivate each other to continue leanring.i have learnt that working together as a team we can achieve allot of things for our department and make sure our financial year end results put a smile on our face.the most challenging is talking to clients who are difficult and always right as they dont expect you to comeent but at the end of the day i enjoy it.

Work experience
Its a good work experience but lack enough growth. People hold same positions for over ten years or more. Dive the company is big you get to work with different people from different walk of life so a lot is learnt and one gets a good understanding of different cultures. To much to learn in terms of work itself due to lack of growth so you become an expert in a field you based at.
Pros: Understanding of people due to cultural diversity.

Working with different people and helping them reaching their dreams amd helping solving their problems, good custonet service, working with great team like my collegues and support as team work. I have learn working with different people and different background, difficult customer and how to handle them and controling myself in a awkward situation, customer service, meeting target is the most challenging aspect.

No learning opportunities
No growing opportunity stagnation no chance of improving as an indvidual. Management does not listen to employee suggestions and basic improvement suggestions

Fast learner, dedicated and ambitious
Im a fast learner, dedicated and ambitious. I work well under pressure. I always have a room for learning, development and growth. I am a team player. I believe in skills sharing and helping out team members as means of working as a team. I have a good sense of communication. I have a good customer service.
Pros: great managerial relationship with employees.
