Execute day-to-day credit risk operations to ensure delivery meets customer and business expectations Ensure all information is in accordance with the requirement of the policies and standards ensuring compliance with any data privacy requirements Conduct credit risk evaluations on new and existing customers, establish, update or obtain credit limit approvals for them, interpret financial information to extrapolate risk factors, Perform timely reviews of customer data and the preparation of credit risk recommendations, especially in the case of new customer accounts Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues from team members, customers, embedded credit, finance, sales and the company’s legal On a daily basis monitor, track and follow up on customer accounts that are trading over the credit limit or that are overdue, and recommend actions Recommend to business review of credit limit on basis of history trends of customer (both increase and decrease in credit limits)

The salary its not enough it's good if your are maybe on internships But its a very good company to work for the managers are very understanding also the colleagues are friendly

Leraning through innovation
Morning: Helth check on exceptions received (auto generated reports) for continuous audit Carry on with daily plann for the project/s currently busy with Check up on collegues/ friends at work via call or just a pop in visit or schedule to meet during lunch and catchup over lunch. I enjoy new review that entain work that I have never done before. It is challenging to maintain a relationship with a cliend and at the same time pleasyour boss/sm. I need to go back and work with business and my management doesn't and hence might have little/ no care at all about the client (finding owner). To manage this relationship and maintain it is very challenging.

Life lesson
The company is quite a good to work for as if feels like home where everyone is welcoming and showing love and kindness,but the problem is the pressure that we get while we not being enabled to reach out targets with the leads given.
Pros: No opportunity for promotions unless you rub shoulders with managers
Cons: There is a lot of favourtisim which does not serve other people right.

Good learning experience
Typical work day is unpredictable and hectic. Co workers were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I learnt to be very pro active. I enjoyed the independence and I didn't like the last minute requests......

Provide technical support : Providing technical remote support to the entire bank users base in attempt to resolve problems within the least time possible and preventing unnecessary calls to external vendors Call Management: log incoming calls from users on CA Unicenter. Monitoring incidents assigned to the support group, taking ownership of such calls, resolving such call where possible, assigning calls to the relevant technical specialist team whether internal to IT division or an external vendor. Provide first line support where calls are easy and quick to resolve. SLA Incidents Management: Ensuring correct service levels are assigned to all calls. Ensuring accurate date is captured within all calls for reporting purposes. Track and manage calls to ensure that calls are responded to, resolved and closed with agreed SLA.

Typical work day will be , busy (compilling QA samples, coaching, preparation of Calibrations, Report Presentations, VOC preps ) Relationship with co-workers will say its subtle and proffessional Learnt alot-how to deal with people in very awkward situations, being in control, assertiveness and compession and understanding, also firm at the same time. Able to address a large group of people, presantation and leadership skills. Solving problems and being innovative. Coaching and presentations
