The journey of CARE collections
During my 4 year tenure at the bank as supervisor, i was very much involved in many activites, i was the one guy other supervisors went to for help. I made sure that there is a vibrant buzz in the call centre by setting up ringing alerts that rung in the call centre every time there were a lot of calls on hold. That would effectively get consultants moving and answer calls immediately. I always made sure that i came up with motivation programs. I have been unemployed since and am currently seeking new opportunities. I am a dedicated, hard / smart working and fast learning employee should you give my application any consideration. I ve being working for the bank for years as a top sales consultant, meeting all the target on the monthly basis , getting awards on a quaterly and yearly for acknoledgement. and enjoyed that as it helps me to achieve my future dreams

Excellent stepping stone for broadening my banking and communication skills
A typical working day will be to have a small meeting with other staff, after that to check my emails. Then follow up on my appointments and deals if there is any. Call potential and prospective clients, resolve all related client queries. My relationship couldn't be better, they are my family with whom I can talk about almost anything. The bond is really special. I learnt to be patient with difficult customers, my organization and communicational skills have improved alot. To always strive for perfection every single day and be productive as you can be. The sky is the limit. I enjoy putting a smile on the customers face. For me, thats the most important thing. Being unable to reach your target in difficult months and also to tell the customer they do not qualify.

I work very well under pressure. I always meet deadlines. I bring out the best in people which translate to people aiming to exceed their targets. I monitor quality. I believe in keeping my subordinates motivated and up to date with company information. I monitor real time, daily, weekly and monthly reports. I address issues immediately. I am an honest person. It's a good thing working for this company cause I got my qualification for the job am doing here through Learnership. I did Learnership in 2015 and obtained a national certificate of NQF Level 3 in contact center and business outsourcing process.
