Benefits Administrator
Working at my current company has been amazing and a great journey. During my tenure with the organization I have learnt a lot of things and I enjoyed being part of the organisation. the relationship I have with my colleagues is totally amazing. My current job has made me interact mostly with employees and get to even better. my job is very much challenging because at times I need to make decisions and tough ones and I get to put emotions aside which is very hard at times. but overall it is a nice experience and I get to learn new things everyday. I enjoy the environment and the people are lovely.
Pros: one needs to be decisive, assertive, empathetic, and a people's person to fit in the organization

Excellent learning curve
i have been in the industry for 8 years.worked from legal attorneys Stupel and Berman attorneys ,Brooks and Luyt attorneys currently i am working for African bank collections,good communication skill (verbal or written.i can work with or without a team .target driven person,good negotiation skill.I know i can bring more to the company with all the experience i have equipped.

Business understanding
I have been exposed to extensive decision making oertainjng to sales people ( Both ininternal and external) Competitors Tec and that has taught me holistic view or approach to the business. I enjoy winning through the application of my and the team's skills and commitment. Leading a winning team is what I enjoy most Generally sales environment is very challenging and without enthusiasm and passion the challenge can easily become a frustration. leading a diversified team is also a challenge but easily managable.

Excellent experience
I have a total of 4 years work experience in this field and am confident that I am the best candidate for your vacancy. My present position has taught me the importance of clear communication and customer service. In my current role I resolve savings, loan, credit card that includes sales peach to clients for new products in the bank. I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and have been formally recognized by them for my contribution towards my department’s success.

Interesting innovations
A great learning experience, interesting field. Fast paced and target orientated. Much needed experience when it comes to understanding clients and their needs. Deal with different characters on a daily basis. An interesting environment. Well trained co-workers and excellent management in all fronts.

Eye opener job
African bank was the best compony to work for, i would go back if given a chance, Great inviroment, Best team to work with and great expience. I only resign because of medical reasons.

Excellent learning curve
The company is doing well in profiting however the collection call centre is it not getting paid engouh. Poeple are losing their jobs.the department ir is not giving the consultants the opportunity for promotions
