Good place to work at but Snr Managers & Managers do not think about your needs or listen to your complaints/suggestions Co-Workers help each other to an extent Company has a lot of potential but not for all Not much room for growth unless you are in the 'click'

Need to grow in the industry and profession
I am representing the bank with CCMA arbitrations and love litigation. I also train line management and developing supervisors and HR personnel on Labour matters. I have learned to work with people and also to understand the business rationale. merge this with the labour relations strategy and align it to the company's strategy.
Pros: This will be growth in my career

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.

Excellent learning curve
i have been in the industry for 8 years.worked from legal attorneys Stupel and Berman attorneys ,Brooks and Luyt attorneys currently i am working for African bank collections,good communication skill (verbal or written.i can work with or without a team .target driven person,good negotiation skill.I know i can bring more to the company with all the experience i have equipped.

I have a flare for finance and I consider myself an individual who is able to to think on my feet and always go the extra mile . I come with solutions to problems instead of passing the buck onto someone else. I do not like to be micromanaged and I believe that individuals should not balance work and life but rather integrate the two.

I have learned more ,in regards to call centre , how to handle angry clients
I had a different treatment towards my consultant . on monthly basis I had a target of which whoever reach will receive wall watch for an example . so daily when they start working they look at the board and anyone can see how he or she is performing .. Been at work daily and on time also had its price weekly so as to motivate them to be at work .

Experience
It's been a great experience and a good start of my career. Working with people on daily basis has been my think, having face to face conversation with client I enjoy. I got the experience of how to handle different types of people and how to react to them and I think I am mastering the role. Given an opportunity to be the Managers second in command was amazing. Even though it's not a busy environment but it's amazing but I always want more, i want a challenging environment.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow your career, given the opportunity to study with so much support.
Cons: Bonus is based on your yearly performance

Excellent communication skulls, willing to learn, trustworthy always goes rhe extra mile
My day a5 work would be meetings and actuon pkans executed for the day regarding targets and tasks, we see different people in a daily and live interactions because i learn new rhings daily. We as a team make sure that we do our best to achieve our ultimate goal and prep for any shortfall for the next day.

Its a great learning curve
in sales we are the driving force of the business and you must always be on your toes and therefore i've learned to co operate with people and working as a team challenges i came across was skipping day off work and trying to catch up
