Good campany with other

client retension sells campany product and bring new business and meets target and investment insurence funeral policy collection and tech deals,meeting all target per month set appointment goes for presentation to subgroup

Interesting innovations

A great learning experience, interesting field. Fast paced and target orientated. Much needed experience when it comes to understanding clients and their needs. Deal with different characters on a daily basis. An interesting environment. Well trained co-workers and excellent management in all fronts.

Dealing with debtors is a path for my career as I am growing my career into the Finance industry.

1. Typical work day- For me is being productive each day and meet my daily targets. 2. I have a good relationship with my colleagues, We all started training at African Bank from the 10 April 2017 and it has been a great experience. 3. I have a combination of skills and experience on debt collection, auditing, accounts clerk and also resolving debtors queries. But recently I have learnt how to deal with customers in a banking industry, the products that are offered by African Bank. 4. I enjoy dealing with different customers from different backgrounds, I also enjoy negotiating and listen to customers and also helping them on how to pay their accounts so that they can stay out of debts. 5. The most challenging aspects of the job is to meet targets because it is a deadline driven job. Putting more effort and dedication can help one to achieve that.

Pros: Career growth eg great opportunity for promotions.
Cons: Working on public holidays.

I studied NQF 4 certificate with Ifundi offered by the bank

Its a very busy environment,we receive high call volumes,very challenging you must love the challenges that comes with the job,one needs to be a team player to cope which i am ,also to be patient and be a good listener ,dealing with client requires you to be patient and attentive.

Pros: i was made second in charge for our team
Cons: i work overtime on weekends and public holidays

I'm a easy learner and working under pressure in order to make my job look good all the time.

Its a a great company when conning to consultants are very friendly king and good when working as a team. In terms of learning I have gain too much information on what I was working on daily because of if I don't know infomationg that client want I make sure that I ask, since I have been there I learn how to speak to client using empathy and sympathising when interacting. I have mostly enjoyed talking to client and assist according to profession experience I have learned with the Bank and all team work we had, as helping on another if someone doent understand. The most challenge of the job is that honestly when coming to client who is not working and you have to negotiate for had higher amount to settle the acc however I can win the client but is the most and speaking this Client already in a process of being listed to make payment arrangement.

Its a great learning curve

in sales we are the driving force of the business and you must always be on your toes and therefore i've learned to co operate with people and working as a team challenges i came across was skipping day off work and trying to catch up

I'm a hard worker. Enthosiastic and energetic. I work well under pressure and adapted well to changes. I'm persistent and punctual. I always reach my target.
