dealing with client queries answering the phone sales admin capturing loan applications reviewing loan applications making sure all information is captured correct sometimes it gets so busy you even forget you have to lunch stress of telling clients they don't qualify and the stress of having to obtain referrals from difficult clients

Great company to work for
I HAVE GROWN A LOT SINCE I JOINED THE COMPANY AND IT IS A WONDERFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR and diversity and culture. It gives people the opportunity to study and learn and further their studies.
Pros: You grow and get and opportunity to further your studies
Cons: No matter how experienced you get ,you salary is the down fall

I gained plentifull experiance.
I am a result driven self motivated individual whom strives for top results at all times. I believe that a passion for people and a great succession plan resulted in my successes in my career. I am a dedicated punctual team player and I never settle for second best. I believe that building a good and sound work relation with my superiors, colleagues and subordinates are of upmost importance.
Pros: The compony truly was people focused.
Cons: None that I can think of. It was truly sad to leave.

Company culture is excelent
ori have been with the company for the last 10 heard and the culture is excelent as well as diversity involvement With the numerious changes in the strategi and goals of the company, i have learned a lot by dealing with variius departments and individualna. There stand memberi are always selling to assist we eaxj other and work as area. Company is also going its employees politeknik to further their stories and peran new things. My 10yrs were anaking and i think its a rite time ro love and peran about other companies and their culture. As well as experiancing new challanges Theme was been challanges with getting some informasi from other departments in order to cperdorm my situs but that is part and pascal of the kind of autie we do.

Dealing with different people through out the day has taught me how to understand people more. Analysing the customers needs to see which product the need.

Healthy Progressive Environment
Typically day work its always learning curve which helps with advancement since we deal with different clients on daily basis,Parallel to that as a big organisation our interaction with co-workers is a normal relationship because of difference in personalities thou management helps with organizing Team building activities monthly. Daily since we encounter different clients I enjoy solving their problem with easy in such environment

I am hard woring person who likes to work in a team whos's passionate about his work.
I sit with staff while thet assist clients to see if they do the right things.I aslo beleive all staff should be treated,developed equally.We have coaching sessions with all staff,the relationship is as good as best.

I have learned more ,in regards to call centre , how to handle angry clients
I had a different treatment towards my consultant . on monthly basis I had a target of which whoever reach will receive wall watch for an example . so daily when they start working they look at the board and anyone can see how he or she is performing .. Been at work daily and on time also had its price weekly so as to motivate them to be at work .

Cons: Normal hours 8 to 16:00
