Good working enviroment as you benefit from your hard work
company was very straining as we had to work really long hours and consultants did not got a positive support structure from supervisors and higher authority so i did not enjoy my experience there

I have ability to learn fast...I like facing new challenges
I liked talking with international cuatomers given them opions aboit the service thats we were rending I also team work was one the most thing because we share ideas and helped each other. Most challenges its whereby customer consume data and i refused that they used whereby we have to give them an clear understanding of date and time of when they used it and show empathy and respect to them

Opportunities for growth within the company
Working for O2(Campaign) is very challenging because everyday i learn. The company in general has taught me alot, how to understand what customers are experiencing and its able to meet all their needs fully(Customer Journey and putting customer first) How objective handle a irate customer in a most constructive way, showing the customer the eagerness to help them but most importantly to be professional. Taking pride in serving customer equally and warm and friendly way. At work we are collaborative, we work as a team. You can always ask for assistance from any at work irrespective of the position and get a helped. And in our team we old each other accountable for the teams states and help each other if one needs. What i enjoy enjoy the most the bond I have with my co workers and the fact that the company is transparent and easy to communicate with Management eg Operational Manager and Head of OMs because they visible on the floor.

Excellent skill development
A typical day at capita is very draining. Employees needs scores and red bull to keep them alive on a daily basis. What makes working at capita enjoyable would be the co-workers. They make it fun and make you want to come to work, they are the reason why you stand up at 4 or 5am in the morning. I've learnt alot, my excel skills are above my expectations right now and I've continuously carried on learning to improve that skill. The most challenging aspect was to satisfy customers and have them give you a good rating. As for converting sales, that was simple as guiding the customer.
Pros: Always opportunity to grow.
Cons: Long hours, very long hours. Management not people friendly.

A typical work day
A typical work day would consist of responding to customer e-mails, resolve queries over web chat as well as over the phone. Also through working within the company I’ve learnt to manage a team, work with a team and be a leader, I enjoy being able to help customers wherever I can and that’s where the challenging part comes into play, no customer is the same and each matter needs to be resolved According to policy.

Excellent learning curve
Its a good place to work at.They do have long hours, but its hours u will get use to. I.ll recommend any1 to work there. You will also learn a lot of things.

A new page
At my current job I am learning to work in a team and assist others more often, I implement my soft skills whilst learning new systems and new processes to follow regarding the company, I'm adapting to a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines sooner and am enjoying the constant motivation from mentors and inserting my own experience where necessary. The most challenging aspect of this job is the fact that I have to adapt to actively listening and trying to close the communication barrier as it is a UK based company so accents are different to that of my citizenship.

Customer service champ gironment don't agree
Leadership style worries me it's about who u know to get far hardwork and effort seems not to be a biggie recognition is hardly given . It's about whom u know in the business to see grow some managers have no sense of communication or are inexperienced on communication skill and need to be educated on how to handle certain situations.

Great compqny
The company is a well established company that is outsourcing in South Africa. They give loads of opportunity such as charity work and also groth within. The only downside is there are no set shifts for call centre staff however that is the agreement at the beginning as it is a call centre.
