Changing tariffs & bundles Doing sim swaps Resolving customers query My relationships with my co-workers are good, no hassels they are always there to assist when I need help because theres always something new to learn and that I dont know. I have learnt more about what type of customers you will get through a regular day & how to deal with irrate customers. To stay calm and collective with difficult customers and always go the extra for customers thats what customer experience is all about . Making customers feel acknowledged, comfortable and feel at ease. I enjoy my job but sometimes its challenging because sertain customers can push you buttons

Excellent learning curve

It is your typical work day, where we start at 11 and finish at 7 there is a staff transport taking us home, pressure from the management is too much

Learnt to be patient.

Learnt to be patient and listen to customers complaints, I've learnt to be on time and that has added to time management Ive learnt from the company and also learnt to stand up for myself because of you do not have your back in the company they will make you a target. The relationship I have with my co-workers has been excellent as of the way we comfort each other when times are tough and we always work together to get our stats on target. Excellent Proffession Build-Up

Capita is excellent at helping its employees grow professionally. The company has free courses that its employees can take to grow their professional record. The courses are not just recognized at Capita, they are globally recognized and accepted.

Pros: Free courses, incentives are paid out on different date as salary so no tax
Cons: Not enough notice of shifts

If you presents doesn't add value, your absence would mean absolutely nothing.

So I love what I do and it shows not only in stats but by the way I carry myself on a daily even when under pressure. I have definitely mastered my post and did too unforeseen circumstances I haven't grown however I do feel I'm worth much more and is looking for a company that would allow me to contribute toward the success of your organization. I have a great relationship with all Co - workers and did to my personality in well known for positive aspects and most importantly the spirit of employees.

Pros: Great prize giving if you apart of it.
Cons: No response when matters are escalated.

Learning curve

emnce My experience at Capita was not what i thought it would be. I was not very impressed with management and the long working hours. It basically became my home away from home as i spent more hours at work than i did at home with my family. However, i did gain the experience i needed to work within a call centre environment and it taught me how to be patient and to listen attentively to the customers as their needs come first. I became a stronger person and i can now apply at different call centres with the experience i gained at Capita and improve my skills even more

Great learning curves & opportunities, very late hours and early mornings

The work includes dealing with customers queries aswell as solving them, interacting and explaining in a way that they can understand . The challenges are staying calm and collective at all times and always putting yourself in the customers shoes and try and solve the problem. What I enjoy most is the friendly environment and the perks. I have a good relationship with my co-workers we mingle so often, and share our views and opinions about our work and how to deal with certain situations, so we get a long really well.
