Excellent learning experience

Working for Capitec bank was an eye opener as it was my 1st permanent job. I have learnt patience, perseverance and true team work. - A typical work day would be reviewing plans for the day, which included target management, serving clients to the best of your ability. - Your relationship with co-workers we made it work. If I had to spend as much time as i did with them i had to make it work. I had to be understanding as we were all different from different backgrounds. It taught me patience - i have learnt never to give up and keep on pushing. There is always a solution to every problem no matter what. - What i enjoyed the most was serving clients and making sure their needs were met and they were happy and satisfied

Personal growth

i am a call centre agent meaningi deal with different tpes of clients in an hour wether would be a happy or an agry client, i have equiped myself with interpesronal skills allowing me to listen and respond to the client need at that time. a positive feedback from client has proven my patience with client query

Scrutinizing bank statements,id's,payslips and proof adress

Being client centric at all times,giving best service,time management.The ability of accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with documents.The knowledge of the product is put at best practice.Calculation of receipts and expenses.Computer skills and knowledge must be applied at all times.

LEARNED A LOT ABOUT CLIENTS AND MYSELF

At Capitec Bank I was a Client Service Champion I would welcome clients to the bank. Find out what they need to do at the bank, at times I would be able to meet the clients' need at the door for example a client can do transfers on their phone, get a bank statement by the ATM. I managed the floor, made sure that every consultant is doing their work, dressed appropriately and has their desk in order Filed client applications at the end of the day. Write a report of how the business day went.

Treating all clients the same it's does not matter that u earning high salary all are the same.

Good client service they put clients first priority. Provide training and team learning sessions to develop skills.long hours to accommodate all levels of clients.

Challenging, yet rewarding.

Challenging, yet rewarding at times. Excellent learning and skills development. You need to learn to manage time to the T to be able to cope. A lot of pressure especially month end.

Pros: Growth opportunity there. Building skills and knowledge.
Cons: Working hours, flexibility of taking off.
