Excellent learning curve

A typical day at capitec bank is rather busy with ongoing customers who seek help regarding their financial matters or accounts..other than a busy day it was fun working with friendly people who are always eager to help if you don't know how something is done, during my work period within I received unlimited support and mentorship and I learnt a lot about working with people. The most fun I had was when helping customers find a solution to their problems cos that's when I know I satisfied the customers need,working at a bank has its own challenges but then it just requires a focused mind and strong attention to detail.

Learning curve and seeking change and salary increase

• Administration • Provide customer service. • EFT transfers. • Freelance consultant for Employer Sales department. • Arrears follow up. • Telemarketing. • Pay date management and clean up report analysing. • Compose a detailed monthly report as Second hand in charge to Assistant Branch Manager. • Team player and leader (management training).

Banking industry requires data capturing and knowledge of the bereau.

Accuracy in data capturing and and analysing documents.Also knowledge of the credit granting policies.Communication with clients n using selling skills to sell banks products.Computer skills n system navigation is also required to add to my daily job description.Being able to work with a team team work is required.Meeting targets is a prerequisite to my success in banking industry.

Excellent foundation and curved me into an versatile arrow that is appropriate for any field.

Great company to have worked for, obtained skills and enhanced new ways of approaching challenges. I had a good experience with colleagues in working together to reach targets and deliver the brand to the clients on a daily basis.

Pros: Working as team as we are the small group and also setting yourself a target to meet the branch needs if you do not bring your pie in the plate . It has thought me self confidence as it was my first real job and opportunity for growth.

Working hours Mon-fri 8:00-17-00 Sat-8:00-13:00 Leant how to serve client and how to provide excellent customer service.The client must allways leave the brunch satisfied and happy.My colleagues were very helpfull and encourage one another to reach our goals of becoming best service consultants.

Customer service more than collections

Every morning i stated at 8am working till 7pm the latest and i enjoyed every moment . I no longer wok for the company any more as i resigned due to personal issues not work related but i had to relocate to Johannesburg that's where i am currently seeking for employment. I had a wonderful relationship with every one at my office stating from the securities, cleaners especially my co-workers. Learned that in life you must not have types of people you relate with as anyone can add value to you regardless, always being humble is the best as opportunities present them selves to you. I loved interacting with my clients they were the best ever, listening to them and placing myself in their shoes made me see life different and strive my almost best to assist them and educate them as well.

Excellent work experience

i work from 8- 5. my relationship was good. i learnt to interact with clients and be patient i enjoy assisting clients with their querries the challenging aspect of the job are robberies

Team work.

- Working well with different people. - Working in a team and taking of each other. - I have learned that in a team there is no stupid answer every member contribute positive. - I enjoy daily meeting and helping each if we got challenges. Small things matter idea. - The challenge is to be consistence in terms of performance.

Excellent learning curve

Being part of a team and setting monthly targets to achieve. Interavting with clients everyday, handling their inqueries,solving them and helping them process their banking transactions. Working on a roaster to exchange roles between cashier/teller and service consultant. Telemarketing to increase sales and promote new products. Assist cliens whith their credit application, calculate client's afforability assessment and granting credit.

Pros: Being part of a team, continuos learning.
Cons: Growth oppotunities
