Learning environment
Its repetitive as you open accounts do loan applications and other transactions. My relation with my co workers is nuetral, i work well with all of them. I have learnt to give customer service, client comes first, good team work. I enjoy running the branch when given the opportunity to do so as i feel i have good leadership skills. Challenges is when clients ask for the impossible and then you try your best to give them what they want.

Good customer service orientation and system knowledge
The job has taught me the importance of customer service and understanding customers and providing the best services and products to meer clients needs. I habe also learnt how to handle different situations and professional behavior no matter the situation and also using all the tools provided to deliver the best services to clients.

Good learning curvr
I love to be a team player therefore i start with the positive note, that I should not forget what I came at work to do and that is to put the customers need first and make sure I provided a good first call resolution to customers and I a good relationship with my co-workers, should there be any differences I believe that they should be handled immediately and if not then the supervisor should engage in this matter to be solved. I have learnt to respect that we all come from different background and cultures, to treat my co-workers the way I would like to be treated. I enjoy doing my job and making sure that I do it accurately and if unsure then I ask to avoid causing the company the risks of a loss. The most challenging aspect of the job is to make sure that I don't take every incident that I deal with lightly because I need to treat customers information with confidentiality at all times.
