Miss

With my current work its a great experience i ever had. Being there for each other. Willingness tp learn from other people. Ability to understand the strength nd weak points of 1individual. That opportunity to share and listen to each others curve bols and try to solve them as a team. Mostly is beong there for each. Stamding for each person and not undermining if a person has lack information of something else.

Pros: When you are willing to learn you get that opportunity to be helped in development. Be a humble person helped me in achieving alot in my company like having bonuses when i achieved my targets,quartely incentives and motivational speeches
Cons: 8 hours a day when you are dealing with a diffucult client and yet you need to calm down and address that person in a respectful manner

Excellent growth and learning curve

Best foundation any employee needs to start getting into any industry. Capitec Bank has groomed me even more, made me cope even more under pressure and showed me that nothing is impossible. I recently received An Award for Best Service Consultant of 2016 in our Region. I am a naturally high striving worker. You wouldn't regret having me part of your company

Exceptional experience gained

Gained exceptional experience while working long.hours with a vast array of different types of people and clients. I enjoy working with clients and providing unique and excellent service. The biggest challenge is reaching the targets.

Pros: Performance based quarterly increases.
Cons: Long working hours. Working on weekends.

Great work environment

I was a helpdesk technical agent assisting Capitec bank branches, It helped me learn a lot and the environment was great. We used to troubleshoot on errors the branch used to call in about and we also would assist with reading of statements, drafting paid up letters etc.

Pros: great work environment and no long hours
Cons: less off days and not much promotions

Excellence working opportunities

I have been a loyal employee for my company for more than.ten years I am passionate about my work and I took responsibility of my job and take ownership at all the time Being on management side taught me on how to deal with people on daily basis and how to lead them with wit example I have also learn on how to deal with different clients during difficult times By working here it taught me so many things that I did nothe have previously I no how to work under pressure and also to work awkward hours without any hesitation

It is very nice to work at capitec, working with people has improved my level of patience as an individual. I enjoy most the learning activities that they load every week for us, the most challenging thing about the job is the working hours.

Extreemely stressful job

Targets left right and centre. Coaches if targets are not met. Always can't wait to get home. Every employee in the company is always complaining about stress.

Typical work day is having to serve at least 50 clients on your own daily, which is very challenging but having a team like my coworkers makes it easier as we rely on each other to come up with different ideas to how we can satisfying our clients and also making sure that each client doesn't have to wait for long to be served... We are trained to always put the clients primary needs first then explore what secondary need a client might have without them being aware that they had to begin with of which I enjoy the most because it helps you focus so that you can pick up links that will lead you to the unrealized secondary need..

Pros: teaches one discipline in a work place
Cons: very long working hours, day in day out with limited time to rest...
