longest productive hours. low hourly rate for the amount of hours we work and the amount of work duties we have.the hours we work has brought us to bond as colleagues and i've enjoyed the company they bring in this pressure environment and the incentive the company used to have.

Great learning curve

It's a typical call centre environment, the staff is great to work with. Working 9hours non stop is however very strenuous for the mind and body. I've learnt great customer service skills, perseverance and consistency.

I loved how much growth there was in the company. I learnt many things working there.

I enjoyed working in an environment like CCI, there was a lot of space to grow within the company, and because it was a big company i was able to adapt to many personalities which at times it can be a challenge but i enjoy interacting with everyone making the business the best it could be

Way to long hours

The working hours are too much with no South african public holidays that do mot matter as you have to nr at work regardles Good place for experience but draining work

Poor room for growth and poor working conditions.

Really poor working environment. Unrealistic demands are constantly placed on staff to achieve targets. Recruiting of inexperienced staff just to fill seats and then it becomes the team managers duty to teach basic things like computer skills and telephone skills and even how to speak English in a proper manner.

Good Environment

I am a reliable person self driven and bubbly. I have work as office admin for minimum 8 months and i do have Computer literacy and good communication with people. Working in the office is my dream job so that am applying for this position as a receptionist.

GREAT CHALLENGES EXPERIENCE

everyday is an amazing day to learn new things as i face different challenges everyday and we always work at a team to achieve targets and to give customers best customer service regardless of of our differences,the most challenging aspect about my job is to help a customer that is Irate,it is very frustrating and it makes it hard to assist such customers
