Very Good
Good day Sir/Madam I am writing to express that I have been to electrical field for almost 9 years learning and improving at the same time. Running projects and repairing faulty circuits from consumer side to distributing out electricity, it's been my orientated goal to be at this field helping out to fix the Countries electrical crisis. I have grown in these hard learning time enjoying at the same time, I work well within a team always go an extra mile to contribute at the success of the division, my main obligation is to make sure the job is carried or executed accordingly and at the expected time without wasting material. Whenever I didn't get the message from my superior I make sure that I got the right message to be at the right address and carry out the job as expected.
Pros: Growth at my company is there but challenge is not so much as this is a relax enviroment
Cons: I don't have a problem to work long hours as long I will be paid at the end.

Over worked , understaffed
understaffed and overworked not being appreciated and treated like children, no room for growth, and no real efficient training. I would like to work for a company who looks after its staff
Pros: medical
Cons: understaffed

Yes i learned a lot and if time was given great opportunity to further education.
To work for the City is a great pleasure. The work I did was very important I did the Data capturing of Law Enforcement officers. My most important challenge was accurate time capturing and meeting deadlines for pay week.My relationship with fellow workers and staff I captured for was very good because I will always go the extra mile to assist with queries and checking of time sheets making sure i get hold of time-sheets that i did not receive so I can make sure they make the pay run.The City of Cape Town is a great place to work you as the employee must just do your work with passion and keep the City's name high with integrity.
Pros: Yes definitely
Cons: Working hours was good

Learning curve
I believe that every company needs highly motivated persons like me, who do not only perform the required duties and tasks, but also have an inherited natural passion to achieve more than the expected results by walking an extra mile in carrying out those obligations. I perform my duties with the awareness of my personal strengths and weaknesses, establishment of positive work relations based on self-knowledge, honesty, truthfulness, confidence and trustworthiness,
Pros: opportunity for career growth
Cons: straight hours

Excellent woelrking environment
A typical day includes heading out to a work sit pulling pumps and replacing and changing seals and NRV, it's a very friendly environment that we work in the co workers are all like family, I have learnt so much from my artisan that I have worked under from working on the lathe even thou I'm a fitter, what I ha e enjoyed the most is the people and friends that I have gakns through out my time at the council, over coming my fear of working under pressure and by my self
Pros: Lots of knowledge gained from the people I worked with
Cons: Very repetitive

Excellent learning curve
During a typical work day, one of my biggest tasks is prioritizing the day’ tasks and assisting on the progress on various outstanding projects. I like to meet first thing with my Superintendent on Mondays to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to give feedback on progress, and once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the next week. I also schedule work according to complaints from residents like C3 notifications and M4 notifications via SAP Production, which are programmed for the week in order for all Supervisor Drivers to complete tasks. I also attend midweek meetings where I take minutes. On Fridays, I make sure all tasks are completed and I've sent all the necessary communications via email and in person. Finally, I create a list of priorities for next week and later the day, discuss with the Superintendent.
Pros: Really a great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Festive holiday hours as a contract worker - not to be able to take leave at all.
