Had the best years of my career at The City and acquired the best multiple experience of my career
I I enjoyed working at The City of Cape Town. It was quite a challenging and stressful environment however my expertise in officeI enjoyed working at The City of Cape Town. It was quite a challenging and stressful environment however my expertise in my work made it so much easier. It was such a pleasure to serve the most vulnerable people who lost family due to an injury on duty, challenging yet rewarding at the same time. I had an excellent relationship with my co-workers and can modestly say that I ensured that we had a good atmosphere in the office. It was really sad to had to make a very difficult decision to leave due to the office moving to Brackenfell and travelling to and from work became very dangerous on the R300. .

Have learnt a lot and ready to explore
EacEah day is different, very interesting, I've learnt to be able to deal with pressure. I've laearnt good people skills. It's such a joy for me to work with my colleagues, they're such a nice bunch of cray people, we also have weight challenges to encourage ourselves for health purposes.
Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Not much opportunities for growth if you are a young black female as the Management does not have qualification and somehow they feel threatened if you have qualifications and try to close the opportunities for you to grow.

It's a great position!
It's a great position where oversight and policy making are the core functions where oversight and policy making are the core functions of the position. Public participation is also vital, and hence public speaking skills are vital the core functions

I have experience in working on complex projects. Perform project work – improvement and modifications including designs and equipment. I acquired experience in financial analysis of the project, compiling RFQ and tender specification documentation. Ensuring the project is completed on time and according to the scope of the project.

Excellent learning space
On a typical working day I arrive at 9am and leave around 4pm in the afternoon . We do construction work. I am part of a great team ,we work well as a team, as a result we always get the job done hours before the deadline. What I've learnt in these years of working in this company is the importance of teamwork and communication between co-workers, as well as respect amongst co-workers .What I enjoy the most is my actual job ,doing construction work ,because it's something I love and am very good at doing .The most challenging aspect about my job would be being grouped with a team that can't work well under pressure and that's always complaining instead of trying their best on getting the job done.

Great exposure to the corporate world
Some days are very busy in the office and gets really quiet when we are not recruiting but the team spirit and the ability to work independently is what I love about the company. I work as a recruitment student and I get to engage a lot with people and helping them with work opportunities. This has helped me a lot in shaping and sharpening my confidence and presentation skills. The recruitment process takes a certain number of people and having to return others back can be challenging for me. I have learned a lot and the experience I now have through the trainings will certainly help me for my next opportunity.

Passionate about people
/94/I am a young and dynamic goal and result oriented person. My main focus is to serve as best as I could. I am looking for an opportunity where I can acquire new skills that can enrich my skills set, skills that I'm passionate about and that would hopefully help me to consoldate my career. I am a ND Human Resource Management graduate at Cape Peninsula University of Technology (2019) and I am currently studying Human Resources development at the same institution. I always maintain a certain amount of integrity and provide the best assistance for those in need as possible. I believe that leading through example is very important and I practice it daily and I always present myself in a professional way, even when in private situations.

I am a hard worker with good qualities and good skills
I enjoyed working at City of Cape town alot because I was assisting clients with their housing needs, I was busy all the time especially with their housing needs, I had a great relationship with my co-workers I loved them alot because they were always there for me all the time, I have learnt alot from that department how to speak with people,the way to greet and give response to clients, I have learnt that working with people you must learn to listen and understand.
