Excellent company with great benefits
It is a great company to work for but with each company comes internal company politics which makes it extremely difficult for growth. The company has excellent benefits such as medical aid, pension and housing sunsidy.

I am advanced in my computer literate skills and always willing to learn
I am a independent young man who has had lots of responsibilities while working as a contractor but also learned quite a lot these days and could also be annoyed at times but very honest and polite around clients or colleagues because I am good at communicating. The reason I have had apply for this job is because it fits my working experience perfectly and also good with multi tasking as well as a determined smart and hardworking young guy and wanting to learn more.

Had the best years of my career at The City and acquired the best multiple experience of my career
I I enjoyed working at The City of Cape Town. It was quite a challenging and stressful environment however my expertise in officeI enjoyed working at The City of Cape Town. It was quite a challenging and stressful environment however my expertise in my work made it so much easier. It was such a pleasure to serve the most vulnerable people who lost family due to an injury on duty, challenging yet rewarding at the same time. I had an excellent relationship with my co-workers and can modestly say that I ensured that we had a good atmosphere in the office. It was really sad to had to make a very difficult decision to leave due to the office moving to Brackenfell and travelling to and from work became very dangerous on the R300. .

Have learnt a lot and ready to explore
EacEah day is different, very interesting, I've learnt to be able to deal with pressure. I've laearnt good people skills. It's such a joy for me to work with my colleagues, they're such a nice bunch of cray people, we also have weight challenges to encourage ourselves for health purposes.
Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Not much opportunities for growth if you are a young black female as the Management does not have qualification and somehow they feel threatened if you have qualifications and try to close the opportunities for you to grow.
