Reachable and helpful person
i was working qith the most amazing people but i feel like the is no fairness. They were post but given to certainpeople while we do qualify for it. .i think gorvemnent should nt hire their relatives but hv to look experience nd knowledge as well

Excellent learning carve
I am a hard worker .with good communication skills I can work under pressure . I know how to deal with stress I focus on work that is my greatest streght .I am a fast learner and salary is not my first piority since am searching for job .I have diploma in public management, that takes me 3years ilove working with people and helping them .

It was hard but quiet excellent place to gain confindence in your self.
You meet different people every day different personalities with different problems. You should learn to be discreet and humble. You should always be friendly and ready to welcome people.
Pros: It's highly unusual
Cons: You work your normal hours except when it's time for Audits and there are files that are required.

Currently repairing and maintaining medical equipment in hospitals around the nkangala district .
It's a good company to work in,, but one needs to enhance her knowledge and experience new challenges. Public sector, employees are more conscious about their job since they work with people

Good professional development and skills development.
Great skills develooment but staff shortage is a problem because of long queues. Good team work with other professionals and support staff. We get trained on a usual basis when there are new gudelines and new courses that are introduce. The opportunity for promotion is very small because there are no senior management posts.

Excellent learning curve
Difficulty doing a job without adequate resources. Staff and management have no discipline. Managers do as they please, by coming to work late and leaving earlier without any accountability.

Exelent learning facility
It is stressful but manageable. I has a lot of challenges but we work mostly as a team so we always overcome every problem. The good relationship with employers and employees is the main thing that keep us together makes easy to work together on daily basis. I learnt that communication at work is very vital.I also learnt that we have to place our differences aside a put work first always .

My workplace is a very small but busy clinic serving the entire community. There's only three of us as professional nurses. Working together helps us complete tasks for the day. The most challenging is shortage of staff and where one of us has to go out to the community for outreach services. I have learnt alot including teamwork, nurse-patient relationship and overall management of the patient.
