Excellent enviroment

Department of Health is an interesting institution, you can even call it a home where one will wish to work for Colleagues are very friendly ,we treat each other with love, care and support I have learn to be independent, learn to know every job in your section from the junior staff ,senior to the managerial What I have enjoyed mostly is attending budget planning meetings with HR senior and Finance seniors while I am a junior, this means don't side line their employees. Most challenging aspects when we don''t reach our revenue target also when we don't have money for non negotiable items

Pros: no promotion
Cons: long working hours for deadlines
