Very good person who like to learnt new things everyday, enjoying working as a team, and always enjoying representing the company at CCMA and Bargaining Council for disputes resolution. Resolving Grievances, Conducting a Disciplinary hearing and conducting all HR and IR Training to all the employees.
Pros: working in this company will be giving me opportunity to help the company to sustainable growth and development.
Cons: Helping the company to reach its short and long goals objectives by ensuring a good working relationship between management , employees and the Unions.

ADMISTRATIVE
I am a hard working person with the ability to work under pressure. I am self-motivated and my results driven. I am always eager to learn new and more ideas in order to up skill myself, improve my skills, experience and improve productivity. I have sound administrative skills and can work with no or less supervision.

Learning Curve
We are an establishment of -+5000 employees and as a training coordinator i need to ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to develop themselves in their line of duty. We specialize in training and development,bursaries,learnerships,internships. Over the years I have learnt that I need to treat people equally,give them information and send them to training in order for them to be equipped with the necessary skills required for their jobs. I enjoy my work because I get to help people daily and make a difference in someone's life. Challenges of the job is that when people do not pitch for training's we have to run around looking for delegates,people do not report and when you have procured for a certain number of people then the provider bills you for that and people tend to underestimate the training's and say its a waste of time therefore i need to convince them.

Good Culture but lack transparency
The work ethic of most people are admirable yet senior management and staff at supervisory level are not effective in there post. Often decisions are made without knowing how it will affect there fellow peers

Excellent environment
I had a fixed term contract of one year.It was unfortunate that I could not get a permanent post because I was not a bursary holder at the Kwa Zulu Natal Department of Health

Working very hard
I am a 31 year old single lady who resides in Bela Bela. Excellent learning curve.
It's a good environment with good communication between co workers.I have learnt a lot,independence being leading since I have been working in small hospitals so sometimes I find myself faced with a situation that forces me to act,and it feels great each time my actions become of good course and are successful.It's personal growth.However,staff shortage has always been a challenge,making things sometimes not easy because one has to work for three to four people at a time.

Learning all the finance field
Asset section ,logistics, expenditure,stores,salary,transportation. Working from monday to Friday from 7:30 to 16:30. The relationship between me and my mentors is very good as im so respectful and good that they are always working good.I have learned all the systems in field I have gone through.I enjoy mostly working with the computer and working together with the people who are willing to learn.
