Excellent learning curve
check mail & documents that need the CEOs attention & to be signed and submit, read, receive and send emails, receive calls and making calls, directing visitors to the appropriate office, respond to enquires, filing & keeping of records. typing & internet search. transport booking, transferring of calls. making copies, print & scan documents, appointment bookings & meeting preparations. I have learnt how to write or type minutes, making sure that u attend to matters time but the challenges when I have to multi-task and prioritising work and it's easy to forget a message so I write them down so that I attend to everyone and also have to give feedback on the matter. I enjoy solving computer related errors on word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook, creating a document from scratch makes me feel alive and opens my creative side and accuracy is very important when doing so.
Pros: Great opportunities to finding permanent position
Cons: being under estimated,taken for granted, and lack of respect.

Great exposure to Supply Chain in Procurement section.
Great people to work with, friendly and willing to assist always. Have maganed to creat a good relationship with the staff generally. Being able to manage staff with attitude and handle them politely and professionally. Enjoy having to put a smile on somebody else's face and making the easier for them. Having to deal with difficult people but manage to please them in a professional manner with respect.
Pros: Great place to prove my capabilities and improve my skills.

Hard working person
Very good person who like to learnt new things everyday, enjoying working as a team, and always enjoying representing the company at CCMA and Bargaining Council for disputes resolution. Resolving Grievances, Conducting a Disciplinary hearing and conducting all HR and IR Training to all the employees.
Pros: working in this company will be giving me opportunity to help the company to sustainable growth and development.
Cons: Helping the company to reach its short and long goals objectives by ensuring a good working relationship between management , employees and the Unions.

Great learning experience
I work in a small clinic. I work with all the programms I.e hiv/aids, mother and child, tb, chronic and emergencies. On an ordinary day I see close to 60 patients. Each day has it's own challenges. These include shortage of medication, shortage of ambulances to transfer patients to the nezt level of care and at times evn rhe shortage of staff.
Pros: Working in a team
Cons: Not enough room to grow as an individual(professionally)

WORKING AS AN ADMIN CLERK IN A BIG INSTITUTION
My day starts at 06:30 - 15:30 Monday to Friday. I work different categories of people and its my duty to ensure they are all catered for. I order and provide all working equipment and am supportive to all the staff's needs. I work with the general public assisting them gracefully with their enquiries. I have learnt to multitask and be attentive and have a wonderful yet professional relationship with my co-workers. I do enjoy my job and the challenge is sometimes not having supplies.

Acting operational manager
I am a professional nurse currently working at lephalale clinic as acting operational manager from may 2018 till preaent supervising 15 staff members.i am doing monthly statistic,quartely perfomance improvement plan and monthly improvement plan.clinic yearly operational plan.the only challenge is tbe target on antenatal before 20 weeks and that we not reaching the target.monthly headcount of 2800 that required our service

I have learnt lot of experience according to health and safety
I have learn how to work in a safe n healthy environmental .also how to work around people and how to solve a problem and staying calm and handle the situation in a good manner..mostly important part to ensure sure everyone its in a nice clean environment free from portail hards into my working area ...thats were i took a chance to do the health and safey course now im qualified on it . I wil like to grow farther to another position and im willing to learn more and face challengies .
