Empowering
Conducting awareness programs about health related issues. Monitoring people living with chronic illnesses such as HIV/AIDS, Diabetes and Hypertension. Conducting social mobilization for awareness campaigns and disseminating IEC material to the communities. Working very well with other stakeholders in empowering the most vulnerable and disavantaged communities. Conducting health talks in clinics, schools and churches.

Excellent learning
From where I have been doing my practical I have started at work from 7:30 until 4. The relationship with my co owner was really fatastic because I was enjoying what I was doing and I was determined . There are many things that I have learned like how to talk with clients I have to be polite and ask them nicely, receiving invoices,preparing expenditure vouchers for payment and attending to switchboard by answering income calls.the most thing that I have enjoy is attending at switchboard answering calls.when I talk to a client but dosnt wanna listen to what u are saying and some giving a bad attitude.

Experiential learning
It was great working with a team. Registration of patients on HPRS Systems. I learn alot eg..capturing patients information, formalities, work under pressure. I enjoy to work at an harmony organization. Challenges-dealing with many kind of patients.

Excellent learning
Well organized organization were we work as a team sharing ideas taking responsibility for our work and giving each other advises of how to improve our work rate most importantly is to enjoy what we are doing on daily basis which is capturing and doing de reports ,working with people is to interesting coz you have so many ideas everyday

Life is good
Managed four departments with one supervisor IT Switchboard Stats and Cost Centring. Supported 400 computers with one technician. Stats dept 2 clerks. Networks three servers and 3 programmes running locally and a mirriad that was hosted elswhere
