Am good in resuscitation of patients ,completion of duties
We rescusitate on patients on daily basis,odering of scheduled drugs and pharmaceuticals,rendering comprehensive patient care,advocating for clients ,doing administrative duties, working as a team and consulting each other ,having good team spirit,i have learned lot of duties related to rendering best patient care application of plaster of Paris ,insertion of iv lines ,urinary catheter and suprapubic catheter ,I enjoy most working as a team and where applicable,executing my duties on time ,most challenging aspect of job is having to work not having necessary equipments

Growth not granted
I work directly with the supervisor of my unit which is Recruitment. We deal with different challenges daily. we do recruitment for the whole hospital of roughly 8000 people all sections with my other colleagues. We enquirer different challenges as all the units are different. Working relationship is not the best but we understand one another. I enjoy recruitment for medical posts as they are not complicated and challenges when calculating the notch salary.

Excellent learning curve
At health department i work 8 hours Monday to Friday My relationship with co-workers it is of the brotherly and sisterly one because i interact with each and every units in the department. i have learn to accept the fact that we are diverse, culturally, learn from one another and acknowledge others opinions. As a monitoring and evaluation, my job is very flexible because i get to learn so many different units such as clinical, finance, supply chain, human resource and transport. The challenging part about my work is that you need all the time be on board, be on top of things , attention to detail, confidential and be able to work under pressure and prepared to work long hours.
Pros: Exposed to opportunity in both private and government sectors

I'm currently unemployed I have 2 years working experience as financial clerk at department of health I was placed in playable department after a year a rotate to revenue department I'm fast learner I'm time keeper I can work as team I'm hard worker

Excellent learning curve
Im professional nurse with 9 years expirience ,4years worked at primary health care, passionate about nursing enthusiastic and hard working, Nimaart trained qualified Clinical nurse practitioner, Daily duties allocation of staff, supervision, inservice education, consultation of clients ie acute management of illness, chronic management of illness ,Mother and child health, promoting services offered and offer health education to clients.

A place of growth and innovation
Department of health is a company that gives opportunity to grow and excellence. I have certainly learned how to be innovative as resources can be challenging. One learns how to adjust to the difficult constraints, to actually manage to give of the best with what you have. A typical work day may start as this or that might not be available. My relationship with workers is good and professional. I have learnt to tolerate other and always do my work to my best. I enjoy seeing the face of a patient after I have treated them. Challenging aspects are lack of resources.

A competent and organised individual who is able to work as part of a team and manage several priorities at any one time. Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a keen desire to learn and grow within a company. Possessed superb communications skills, and always treats people with respect and according to their individual needs. As a dedicated professional, fully understands the importance of the HR department to any organisation, and therefore aims to make any office he works in as effective and efficient as possible. Excellent enviroment
I worked at day clinic, with lot of community and Enviroment was good . Good team work, assist in pharmacy. Do daily rapid appraisal. Health talks, vitals signs, cleaning and dump dusting . I learnt a lot when assisting doctors and reading nursing updates
