Inspectorate

Facility management, site visits on a daily basis Extensive report writing relationship with co - workers are well as we need to work in a team over the past 8 years i have matured and developed in this job with regard to managing facilities in different environments i enjoy the legislation that improves and governs procedures and operations and have to work within the legislation framework, comes well together financial constraints and to produce good results with limited resources and it has been achieved on a yearly basis.

Excellent learning curve

I work at the local clinic and it's mostly busy and my co-workers show a lot of support in terms of assisting and being available to help at all times. I've learned many things, how to work in a team, under pressure, how to uphold work ethics. I enjoy team building activities we always have and being at the clinic with all it's interesting day to day duties.. the most challenging I HV to say it's a client not being compliant or interested and in the well being of their health

Pros: Exposed to many interesting situations and being part of the team
Cons: No clear opportunities for growth

Good place to gain and learn more knowledge

I work in a very busy office (Labour relations) so every day is a busy one more especially when the director is around because many reports needs to be done and he needs to be assisted. I get along very well with my co-workers as i am the youngest. I have and still learning so much from everyone i work with, I have learnt most things about labour relations (how to handle grievances, cases strikes, draftting letters freezing and unfreezing of salaries). I enjoy observing cases and what is most challenging is working with many people of different backgrounds and not knowing how they gonna react

Pros: Great opportunity to gain experience
Cons: Long working hours
