Technology advances is a subject that I am mostly passionate about and how it continually improves business operations. I have the drive and motivation to be successful. Currently I work in a Financial Services and Insurance Industry at Discovery as a Business Analyst. I have the ability to work on different projects and have managed to engage with various senior stakeholders while aiming on delivering customer’s requirements. I trust that my experience together with my IT-Business Applications Degree, post grad Masters Degree in IT and enthusiasm has allowed me to learn more about gathering information and integrating it into the IT system applications, documenting business & functional requirements, enhancements of business processes, quality assurance and providing technical support to the firm and its clients.

Excellent learning industry
Making appointments, Arranging the diary for the week. Clients enquire, Follow up on second appointments. Follow up new business Assisting clients with there vitality status and assisting them to move up status by completing the vitality assessments. Booking the clients at the Discovery Wellness Centre. Working with my co- workers are very exciting we all learn new things everyday from each other and from the company. I have learnt alot from Discovery. How to approach the clients and the ways to assist the clients with simple enquiry. I enjoy assisting the clients with there enquiry. The most challenging is the new business applications. There is a time line to follow on and make sure all documents are submitted on time. Also make sure that the client meedicals are done on time.

Challenging and exciting
start work at 8 meeting clients and setting up appointments, meet clients that can afford Discovery insurances most preferably governments employees and municipalty employees. Working at Discovery was great I got along very well with my colleagues, we made jokes and work effectively. I resigned because of family issues and they were gonna affect my job and record. I learnt that hard work and passion loving what you do will give great results.

Work environment
The day to day are as per CV and the relationship with my co-workers is great and we really pull together to get the job done on time. I have learnt a lot in terms of reports and working with clients more.

Quick Learner
I am a Test Analyst with about 3 years’ experience of manual testing, I have an extensive experience of an agile methodology in testing. I have a have a good experience in finding defects .I am a dynamic and versatile lady, who enjoys working with people and a great team player. I possess the skills to adapt quickly to any environment and have an analytical mind. I’m currently working at Discovery Vitality as a Test Analyst (Quality Assurer),my duties include reviewing functional specification, Extracting test requirements, creating test cases, Execute and log the defects(Using Quality centre tool) ,Evaluate the results , document the deviations from expected results and Working closely with the developers, Business Analysts signing off my allocated work order. I have worked on projects such as, Active Rewards, Mobile App, Apple Watch, Year End Vitality points changes, Production stability Programme.

Supportive Environment
The key word is collaboration to complete live projects. Colleagues are Learnt to work more effectively... Enjoy the lack of barriers and levels. Everyone is approachable Most challenging is to contain the scope.

I have a good position in my current company and it is a graat environment to be working in, i just feel like i am not growing and the field that i work in has nothing to do with what i have studied and i need to be challenged

Growth
My current work place is very comfortable environment where most dream as their work place. With more opportunities to grow personally but career wise. I have learnt alot since I joined from good co-workers around. Challenge is how promotions decisions are made. Top management decide who to promote while they not work closely with the person.
