I have learned so much with edcon but they won't give you a position even you have long time and experience there and they giving us less our and I have bills to pay, I enjoy working there ingaging with the customer but it won't help pay my bills and I worked so hard there

Pros: I just had a more experiance from workim with the compony
Cons: a week I will get 10hours workin 2 days a week five five

Working hard employee

I enjoy working for this company because I learned a lot. The relationship that I have with my co worker is great we help each other and teach each other work. I enjoy making sales I even go extra mile to get them e.g go outside and market customers.

Excellent Growth Opportunity

- To be able to have great time management skills - To ensure that you have good interpersonal skills - Ensure you pay attention to detail - The relationship i have with my co-workers are exceptionally great as i have good interpersonal skills. I am able to communicate and address others in a professional manner. I am a very helpful individual as well - I began my career in the largest retailer in South Africa, i gained tons of experience to advance my career which is a huge success. -The most challenging aspect of the role is being restricted to a certain area of aspect within the department, therefore being able to grow and challenge yourself out of your responsibilities is a negative.

Strife to learn more daily, interaction to different people to learn from them too.

People say I know how deliver a message, learning. Easy to talk ,if faced with challenges be life or work related. Good in learning and development. A fast learner and always impart knowledge and information to directs reports for their development. Work hard and play hard person., good in detail. Always strive for good work, without ignoring staff morale. Ensure a good and harmonious work environment, for productivity. I always strive for a safe working environment, healthy environment less costs. I learned that every person has a square personality, no one comes from the same direction or corner, treat them them different. Challenging task, Im told I never refuse to help or never enjoy to see someone leaving without being helped. Enjoy making a difference daily, either by solving issues or assisting.

I have been doing Release Management for the past 12 years and Change Management six years.

Typical work day is to review and analyze all change requests with a view to minimize the risks for deployment. We are a team of 5 workers whereby all changes are investigated in detail to ensure quality governance. We live in a changing environment and in order to ensure that our business is protected at all times. I enjoy working with with my staff and as long as the job gets done. The most challenging part of my job is when things go wrong and in turn learning how to root the problem at it's core.

Excellent industry to gain various skills

• Identify system errors and escalate to Relevant management for correction • Provide regular feedback to Division regarding queries within the agreed time frames • Escalate stores systems problems to Incidents Management for follow-up. • Maintain databases by sorting through paperwork received • Updating the Division Operation Manager Traveling Calendar. • Assist With Adhoc Queries. • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure business requirements are met. • Daily PA’s Functions. • Capturing Overtime
