Working for EDCON has been much easier. The management allows us to rest and to work only when it is needed. And if you have finished with your work you are free to move around the company front walk around or taje a stretch. Always been easier because if you meet with challenges with what you do, you are allowed to ask and get assistance. you work freely with no pressure

My work is like my second home
My work is like my second home because of the relationship we share as colleagues, were a team that works together and assist and help each other at all times, we build each other everyday. When i got to edcon i was clueless and within a short period of time i enjoyed waking up and going to work, meeting new customers everyday is so amazing cause they all come to me for help some would ask for advice on certain things regarding fashion and I'm there to help, working for edcon has been an amazing experience, thank you.

Assist customers with sizes and priceces, phone other store to check if we dont have, cellphone specialists and admin assistant My job was a cashier but assist anywher in the store to gain an experince

Good communication skills
friendly staff and management few hours and more days to work long weekends off and overtime unpaid I have learnt a lot when it comes to customer service how to approach a customer I have gain a lot of experience in the previous company and I am will to use it I I could be hired in your company the staff was friendly and then some of the managers were a bit unfair but work is work

Good
My relationship with relationship with my co workers was great there were some challenges but work had to be done at the end of the day.I gave respect as much as possible.I have learned time management skills and to communicate with people which is important at work I have learned to challenge and be professional all cost.Most challenging was able to talk and approach customers but after some time I was able to do it.

Willingness to accept responsibility
Time management skill and deligent with greater attention to details. Ability to produce consistency accurate work whilst under pressure. My ability to speak , write and present myself fluently and immaculately has enabled me to have good interpersonal relations with different people. Good customers service skills and telephone etiquette. Confident and patient individual who can easily handle unexpected and emergency situations with ease

Lots of learnings, too many repititions
Management skills can do with a lot of work in order to up skill the staff correctly. Too many ppl whom want to be boss and every one wants to have a say on how someone else should do they job, too long to get approvals to get things done by higher management.

My experience at edcon
I am working in a very diversified working environment where learning never ends. There is exposure to different departments for personal growth if you are willing to learn. We are like one big family and we learn from each other. I had to learn to learn all operational areas due to my role of Quality Auditing. I enjoyed calibration sessions as there is a high level of engagement.

Cons: Pressurized environment in terms of meeting deadlines.

I have worked in a sales team and also I work with computer I'm very fast on it.
I have worked with many workers I enjoy the sales I have learned New work every day such as computers explained customer they account and no one had a problem with me I
