I have been doing Release Management for the past 12 years and Change Management six years.
Typical work day is to review and analyze all change requests with a view to minimize the risks for deployment. We are a team of 5 workers whereby all changes are investigated in detail to ensure quality governance. We live in a changing environment and in order to ensure that our business is protected at all times. I enjoy working with with my staff and as long as the job gets done. The most challenging part of my job is when things go wrong and in turn learning how to root the problem at it's core.

Procurement Officer - Good oppertunity
The company offered alot of oppertunities to improve their staff. The percs were good .Most staff communicated well with each other.I learned alot about my own abilities. I mostly enjoyed working with different teams.ThDifficult aspects was when someone didn't complete their tasks because it could affect your workflow.Other than that it was an houner to work for the company. If it had not closed down i believe i would have still worked there

Excellent team player
I’mwell furnished with broad Debtors knowledge, I’m well furnished with broad Debtors knowledge, Fraud and Merchandising and Admin, product knowledge, computer skills, and good academic background as far as competency requirements in the field are concerned and this is further complemented by strong personal attributes such as pressure resilience, flexibility, analytical, problem solving and versatility. I’m also inquisitive, disciplined and have the ability to overcome obstacles and persist with the task at hand. I’m an excellent team player who always strive for excellence and portray enthusiasm in my work hence provide the best possible service for the good image/reputation of the company I serve. As an individual with experience in the Debtors and personal assistant field, I’m fully aware of what is expected from me in regards to the post and I’m willing to grow with the company. I’m currently available and willing to learn more and more.

Excellent learning experience
No two days are the same Co workers are like family different personalities,learning from each and everyone great things everyday I learnt to become strong dependant self respected,self disciplined and mostly self managed I Enjoyed the most that everyday is a new experience Alwys being surrounded with vast knowledge, daily communication telephonically,verbally and addressing clients with complaints and compliments which in return educates us to face diversity and mostly be educated for the clients at large

Excellent learning curve
Edcon is very huge company with a lot of challenges everyday. Above all its the best amongst other companies such as Pick n pay, but the service to its own employees is not so great, due to the fact that managers of the stores are not being fair to their employees due to working hours and salary base
