It's the company that builds their staff to grow,and the company that appreciate and recognize staff by giving incentives to build and ecourage you to want to do more,encourage the team building. As a customer service leader I enjoy working with customers because that's where I get my strength and confidence to want me to do more.the experience that I have I share with my colleague's to encourage them to do better,even though sometimes we deal with difficult customers at the end of the day we are there for them because they are our bosses.
Pros: Been working as a consultant but without any promotion
Cons: long hours even holidays,we understand but sometimes we're not happy with that

Daily PA’s Functions
• Identify system errors and escalate to Relevant management for correction • Provide regular feedback to Division regarding queries within the agreed time frames • Escalate stores systems problems to Incidents Management for follow-up. • Maintain databases by sorting through paperwork received • Updating the Division Operation Manager Traveling Calendar. • Assist With Adhoc Queries. • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure business requirements are met. • Daily PA’s Functions. • Capturing Overtime

Great working experience
Healthy working environment. Target orientated. Dealing with customer queries. There were times we won prices for excellent performance. Helping customer with fradualent claims that was touching moment sand funeral claims.

I've Learnt Impeccable People's Skills
I deal with people on a daily basis, having to assist then with different issues. Dealing with administrative work such as paperwork for gadget claims, repairs and device transfers. The working environment is a very fun and enthusiastic one to be in. We all get along quite well with differences here and there. Nevertheless I enjoy being at work as we are all one big family always helping one another and work as a team. However, like any retail job, there are difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but we always try to help even the difficult ones. But it assists us in understanding different types of people, and adapting to an attitude that'll help us in doing our jobs the best way we can.
Pros: Learning people's skills, admin work, filing
Cons: Not very easy to get promoted unless you apply for another position within the company.

Good communication skills
You got to learn a lot about customer satisfaction and that improve my communication and listening skills, learnt to be more patient with people. there's was long working hours which we had to get used to them for the company's benefit and sometimes we has to take half of our break just to get the work done in time, it wasn't a bing problem because we used to get benefits afterwarda. I am ready to start doing something related to my course, I willing to relocate, learn as much as possible and to benefit the company as much as I can.

Dynamic environment which was fast paced, no slow period in the month (end to end busy). A Business Operating Processing Centre that handled on average 125K calls per month per department excluding outbound and written queries, with the following departments (New Accounts, Customer Services, Collections, Digital, Fraud and Disputes). Diverse team with an exclusive management structure, learned to be able to handle pressure and changes. Enjoyed building relationships with clients and the staff. The demands of the job were a lot in terms of busyness and call flow especially during peak periods.
